Royat: cozy studio facing the thermal baths.

Located at the foot of the thermal baths, it is ideal for spa guests, you will only have to cross the road to access the apartment. Charming studio with a sleeping area to feel like you're in a room with a canopy to brighten the day! Fully equipped accommodation, linens provided (sheets, towels) and washer-dryer. Numerous amenities, restaurant, supermarket, bakery at the foot of this 1950s building. You'll understand it's a beautiful place for a night or a long stay!

Apartment a stone's throw from the thermal baths

Renovated apartment in old house in the heart of old Royat. From here you are a 5-10 minute walk to the thermal baths. Buses can take you to the center of Clermont in 15 minutes and you will also be a 10-minute drive to Puy de Dome! We have just completed the work, which is why we are making an accessible introductory offer before completing it with other services. Precision: there are 4 fairly steep steps without a ramp to access the accommodation.

Nice studio on Royat

We are renting out a superb 33 m² studio, located in a quiet area. Fully furnished and newly equipped. Ideally located: close to the city center (10 min by bus), and also close to several hiking trails, 11 min drive to Puy de Dôme and 7 min to an Intermarché. We provide linens, free access to the studio thanks to a key box (code provided by SMS). The little extra! We have four cats, rather sociable, watch out for allergies! Clélie and Gaëtan.
