Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Located in the Chambaran Forest, 6 kilometers (3.7 miles) from Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye, you'll be at the crossroads of the Drôme des Collines and the foothills of the Vercors. The calm and serenity of the place will allow you to relax, but also to enjoy all the activities of eco-tourism: hiking, horseback riding, biking, and exploring the local heritage. You can also enjoy the private pond located 150 meters from the house. An ideal place to slow down, breathe, and reconnect!

We offer a semi-detached apartment in a single-story house 15 minutes from the Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval in Hauterives and St-Antoine l'Abbaye, elected favorite village of the French 2025. Lake, shops, many tourist sites (Vercors, Drôme).
