Very nice accommodation and great location, we really enjoyed our stay. Jan, the host, has been incredible kind and helpful! He offered a lot of tips, shared his wide knowledge about the high Tatras, Slovak Paradise, and of course the slovak nature in general. He would always find time to answer our questions. We also had the pleasure to go on a tour with him, highly recommended! Especially if you're interested in brown bears but also the Flora and Fauna of the Tatras as a whole! We had a great 4-night stay at Daniel's home. It has all the comforts a family needs. The garden is clean and closed. You can park inside the space. Daniel is very welcoming and helped us a lot. The gite is located in a quiet town. We highly recommend!

It's a nice house. You wouldn't think from the outside how modern and well-equipped it is inside. Cleanliness, everything was needed down to the last detail. I think it's a good ride: a few minutes walk to the entrance of Suchá Belá. And Dusan is very kind, speaks great English, quick to respond and helpful.

Beautiful environment and very good communication with owners. A cabin by the woods near a pond, so peace and a nice rekax in nature.

We booked for a week and it was great! We had great and very nice neighbors which made our stay easier. We went for a few hikes, enjoyed pool days and did some sightseeing. There are quite a few good restaurants in the neighborhood! The kitchen was big and very well equipped for cooking for 9! Also the BBQ outside is a nice plus! We have only one recommendation for this stay and that’s the availability of fans. There were no fans which was quite hot with 35degrees outside. Except for that we have no comments! Very nice stay. Everything went smooth, and the place itself is a great place to relax without any noise and disturbance. The fact that there are no loud noises, traffic, music, party, etc is a huge factor, and we could relax properly. Place is clean and has everything needed. Only issue was an insect issue on the first day, which could have been avoided if someone had used bug spray before we arrived. But not a big deal. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

We were guests with two families, a total of 12 people and completely satisfied! Super nice house, great pool and great barbecue station! Highly recommended!!!

Becskeháza of a quiet, friendly little village. It's not appropriate to throw big night parties here if someone wants to do this, don't come here. The house is comfortable and well equipped. In the garden, a sauna, a large pool with a tub, an oven, a grill, a bacon oven, a lot of children's toys, bikes. The hosts were very nice, waiting for us to arrive, showed me everything, and then left. Here, you can try out what a stand-alone village life is like. We liked it. You can walk and hike in the neighborhood. It's recommended to come by car, although there's a bus, but it's rare. The car can be parked in the courtyard.

We spent a a wonderful week at Erika’s place. A lot of possibilities to have day trips in the surroundings or just to enjoy the beautiful garden with fruit trees and the swimming pool. Normally you share the garden and pool with a second apartment, but during our stay there was no one else. A special mention must go to Andris, who welcomed us and did everything to make our stay memorable. Absolutely recommended!

The accommodation, including the premises, is faithfully captured in the description and photos. A well-equipped kitchen, a large, neatly landscaped area, lots of extras (net, balls …), location (quiet, no cars) were absolutely perfect for us a family stay (6 little kids + 9 adults. The bonus is approx. 500 m away Koliba Kosiarny briezok with lots of children's climbing and snacks for parents. I look forward to the repetition of my stay ;)

We had a lovely 1 night stay. The place was incredible; very clean and peaceful. There was nice places to eat within walking distance which our host very kindly recommended for us. She was superb from start to finish, and would come again if we are ever nearby!

Gorgeous cabin in beautiful surroundings. Equipped with everything you could possibly need. The price is higher, but adequate for what is offered. The host was very helpful and communicated promptly. We'd love to come back.

Our stay at Chalet Emily in Smižany was very pleasant. Owners Emily and Marek are warm-hearted, friendly, and ready to answer any questions The area is very beautiful, there are lots of activities like hiking and biking trips. The cottage is spacious, nicely furnished and equipped with all comforts. The locals in the shops were also very friendly and we highly recommend this cottage. Bert Bosman (and family)

Amazing apartment with a very nice view, and quick access to the lake. The yard is really comfortable, there is a large pergola with lots of seating, a nice facility for children, and a place to light a fire and cook on it. Thomas is an amazing host who happily brings everything you need, and also things he doesn't even need to bring according to what it says. A quiet town that is really close todedinky where there is a bar, grocery shop, large bathing beach, pedal boats, and more. It is important to note that in the kitchen and dining area is quite dark, there is only one shower and its drain is not the best, the kitchen is a bit small, and you don't get towels. Thomas is really nice and wants to help, but doesn't speak English so a bit difficult to communicate.
