Really fantastically located vacation home. Very nice view of the sea. Beach right outside the front door. Great amenities, modern furnishings. Very comfortable beds. Unfortunately, we were there at the end of the season, so many restaurants and bars had already closed. But that's why it was also particularly quiet and not very touristy. In summer you can explore many restaurants in the area.

Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!

Marina and her husband have created a small piece of gold here. It was a very friendly welcome. We were explained everything we should and needed to know. The mobile home is superbly equipped. In the kitchen there is everything you need. The living and sleeping area leave nothing to be desired. The terrace offers an magnificent view of the sea. Quiet is the program here, at least in the time we were there now. A dream come true for dogs. The beach and the surrounding area offer enough space for the four-legged friends. Marina and her husband were always available, and right on the spot. In Privlaka itself, there are many good places to have a good ice cream parlor. Vir and Nin are right around the corner. And to Zadar, it takes about 20-30 minutes to get there. It was a dream vacation for us. We found a small home away from home for us. And come back next. Thanks to Marina and her husband. Marijan's mom lives right next to the place, so if you need help with anything, you can reach out to her right away. Our stay went perfectly, the apartment has everything you need. It was colder in the apartment in October, but we were counting on it.

The apartment has recently been renovated and the two bathrooms are new. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The apartment has private access to the sea and sunbeds are also provided. There is a nice terrace with a table and chairs for eating outside. The sea is beautiful. The location is very quiet, perhaps the only problem is the distance from the villages, the nearest supermarkets are more than 20 minutes by car. Anna's dad was always very kind to us and always available to meet our every need. Very nice experience.

We loved to stay in this lovely home. The view is stunning here. The pool is a great refreshment. Altogether very private and calming experience. Lots of activities in the surroundings. I definitely recommend.

The place was great. The beach was fantastic, the pool was good, but unfortunately the lady who is probably responsible for the bar there was very rude. Children were not allowed to play in the pool, also communication with the lady who monitored the whole thing was not possible because she didn't understand a word of English. The only language that understands the fun brake is coratic. I correct you master the word no in english. Other visitors felt the same way. Otherwise, you can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

We spent relaxing autumn days at Lukas' house. The heated pool was the highlight for the kids. The restaurants were unfortunately closed in Novigrad at the time, but we ate well in the neighboring village (about 15 minutes' drive) in Pizzeria Fortuna. Otherwise, catering in the house is possible, as the kitchen is functionally furnished. Microwave, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine are available. Also spices, oil and tea. We liked the quiet fishing village very much and would be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic time in this place! The house is located very close to the sea, with a view of the beautiful sunsets. The terrace offered a picturesque landscape, and evenings spent in the jacuzzi were the perfect way to relax. The interior was clean, well-maintained and very comfortable – everything we needed was at hand. The host was extremely nice and helpful – it was easy to contact him, and in addition we received great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Peace, quiet, comfort - the perfect place to relax!

We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, everything was clean, in great condition. The location is extremely convenient - on the edge of the centre, so the busy evening life in the town can be enjoyed after a pleasant walk within 5 minutes, but the accommodation is quiet and private. Mrs. Vesna is very welcoming, attentive and caring. Highly recommended!

The location is ideal - just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beaches and the charming old town of Nin. The area is beautiful, with many restaurants, cafes and attractions nearby. The apartment itself is modern, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness - everything was impeccably maintained and very hygienic. The hostess was super friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Very nice apartment in a quiet bay with crystal clear water right outside the door. Incredibly nice hosts. Ivan brought us and our luggage the last 200m to the property in his boat! There was a dinner for us as a welcome. Thank you! We will definitely be coming back!
