Our apartment is on the second floor of a building that was completely renovated in 2024. It consists of a living room-kitchen, two large bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a terrace/balcony to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. The two bedrooms have access to the balcony, and the living room leads to the large terrace that gives the apartment an extra atmosphere and lets in a lot of light. We are a short walk from downtown Comillas and border Oyambre Natural Park.

Accommodation at the foot of Comillas Beach

Location was key, on the beach easy access to town. Restaurants and bars within 200 meters. Private parking and quiet location easy walking to all sites. Great location for exploring Coast and mountains. House/apartment comfortably accommodated 4 adults. We were very happy. The apartment has character. There is no oven but otherwise well equipped. We loved it, bonus was fantastic weather.

Apt. New with a view in Comillas

We spent a month in this apartment. The environment is quiet and secluded (even if it is a neighborhood under construction) and it is very well placed to discover Comillas and the area. If you have no difficulty walking, everything is accessible relatively quickly on foot (supermarket and center are close and the beach is about 30 minutes away for the bravest). We were very well received (a small surprise on arrival is always appreciated after a long road!) and the arrival was easy with the possibility to park in the private parking lot. The apartment, itself, is not very large, especially the kitchen, but it is comfortable and rather functional with an unobstructed view to enjoy the balcony and all the amenities for a long stay. The net is fast and it is possible to work comfortably. In short, great!

The apartment perfectly matches the photos. The discussion with Carmen is without problem, she is responsive. There is everything you need to feel at home, well-equipped kitchen, small balcony for eating outside, comfortable living room, and two bedrooms. The parking space in the basement is really a plus for me. The apartment is perfectly clean and very quiet (late May). You can walk to the historic center (500 meters) where you will find bars and restaurants. The beach is 1 km away

Excellent host, the house is splendid, very comfortable and centrally located. We slept 3 nights and went to Santander, Santillana del Mar, San Vicente de la Barquera and Comillas. It was beautiful, we loved it, we felt at home, charming and comfortable, everything was very clean. Thank you Sergio for being such a good host

Oyambre House View

We spent a whole month in Sonsoles' apartment and enjoyed most of the time. The view from the terrace is truly unique. The surroundings are very nice, green and quiet. The apartment is new and modernly furnished. The beds were all new and very comfortable. Everything can be reached relatively quickly by car. Unfortunately, there were problems at check-in so we had to wait a little longer than planned. Another negative point was unfortunately the construction site opposite. The last 2 weeks of our stay we had almost every day up to 10 hours of noise a day. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do and this is not the fault of the host. Despite the negative points, we would book Sonsole's accommodation again at any time and can recommend it.
