The site is set on a paddock behind the pub. There are coded modern bathrooms just for the guests, and a BBQ zone. Drop into the pub for evening meals and drinks! Our cabin is nestled in a separate garden, totally enclosed & private with parking for two cars. It’s two doors down from a dog friendly pub, with great food . Outside our front gate is access to the Viking Way - great for a walk or a run. The coast is only 30 minutes away with the choice of the busy coastal town of Skegness, or the quieter secluded Huttoft Bank . Henden Lodge is totally built by us over the last 4 years and is the perfect place to explore the Wolds or just kick back.

Breathe the calm at this unique and tranquil getaway on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Our modern cottage is the perfect countryside escape near to the historic market town of Louth. With open views of the Wolds, guests can enjoy a private garden and patio with access to a wider paddock containing a large wildlife pond, orchard and seasonal bulbs flowering throughout the year. An ideal base for walking, cycling and exploring the Wolds, coast, Cadwell Park and local food scene.

The Beeches, Goulceby (Willow)

You’ll love this charming property, set on an equestrian yard in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. A picturesque and peaceful location, with immediate access to walking trails (including The Viking Way), yet only a short drive away from popular attractions including Cadwell Park, local market towns and the Lincolnshire Coast. Goulceby is a quiet village with a popular pub five minutes walk from the property. We have ample parking for vehicles, including room for vehicle trailers.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

The Barn at Barley Corn Cottage, Tetford

The Barn is a self contained annexe to Barley Corn Cottage located in the heart of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. Surrounded by many wonderful nature walks and wildlife trails, the property comprises a double bedroom, shower room, kitchen and a comfortable living room containing a full sized double sofabed. The annexe has its own lockable entrance off an atrium where bikes can be stored overnight. Perfect for Walkers, Cyclists and Adventurers alike!! Up to 2 dogs welcome.
