Lakeside house on Usedom – between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser lagoon. Achterhain is located on the edge of the forest in Ückeritz. 900 meters to the Baltic Sea, the tranquil Achterwasser in sight. Right in front of the house, the forest of pine, beech, and oak trees begins. A large panoramic window offers a view of the forest, while on the other side, picture windows look out over fields to the water. Exposed concrete floor, oak parquet, carefully chosen fabrics and art, bright and tranquil. The terrace is sheltered on the edge of the forest, perfect for long evenings outdoors.

Villa Luna offers a total of 6 sleeping options on 100 m² of living space. The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower and a large corner bathtub, toilet and bidet. A guest toilet is on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, convection oven, ceramic stovetop, microwave, kettle, etc. In the basement there is a pantry and a laundry room with a washing machine (free of charge). The entire house is equipped to a high standard and has two satellite TVs. The upper floor offers sea views.

On the ground floor you will find a private sauna, a fully equipped modern kitchen area as well as a spacious living/dining area with panoramic fireplace. A huge sunny terrace with beach chair and lounge and dining table invites you to relax.

This beautiful and spacious vacation home is located just a 5-minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on Rügen. With two bathrooms, three bedrooms and plenty of space to sit together and relax, the house is perfect for a stay with family or friends. The garden and terrace are south facing and in a quiet location. Garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue, beach chair and bicycles are provided. A tourist tax will be charged on site according to the local fee regulations!

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.
