The space approx. 38 m², suitable for 2 (max. 3 people – by arrangement), Bed is 200 x 200 cm, couch is pull-out, Bicycle storage is available in the courtyard, balcony to the rear courtyard, short-term parking is possible in front of the house.

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Die Ferienwohnung Dahmer Strand 8 wurde von dem Eigentümer ocean time genannt, was hervorragend den konsequent wertig und maritim geprägten Einrichtungsstil widerspiegelt und darüber hinaus natürlich gerne auch als Homage an eine genussvolle Zeit am Meer verstanden werden darf. Von hier aus sind es nur wenige Schritte zum Ostseestrand, wo bereits ein Strandkorb zur kostfreien Nutzung von April bis September bereit steht. Der Zug befindet sich nur 7 min Fußweg entfernt und bringt Sie innerhalb von 20 Min. nach Rostock.

Our painter's apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living and dining room, a spacious bathroom with washing machine and bathtub as well as a small kitchen. Playground in the park and rowboat on nearby lake included. Horseback riding, cycling and canoeing in the immediate vicinity.

You will love my accommodation because of the view, the cosiness and the great location. My accommodation is well suited for couples and solo travelers. A second, smaller bedroom with a bed is available for a third person. One child from 12 years is welcome.

The front garden is for exclusive use and offers both sun and shade. Guests have private access to the apartment, which is not used by the landlord.
