It has a private patio with a barbecue and a small table to enjoy the outdoors. The house has heating for the winter but air conditioning is not necessary because it is very cool. It has hot water too

The jacuzzi is only plugged in during the summer months from June to August, since it is outside and does not heat the water. The house is prepared for eight people. If the rules are not followed, I will be forced to inform the platform, since I am having very bad experiences lately with more than 30 people entering the house and making it a mess. The house is not for that type of party for each person more than between without communicating it would be 100€ more
