Each apartment in Villa Aikkila has three bedrooms, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a sauna with its own large terrace. The large windows in the living room and kitchen offer views of the beautiful scenery. The apartments are stylishly and well-furnished, and the apartments have all the necessary equipment down to the smallest details. The apartments are approximately 80 square meters in size. There are 9 beds per apartment. A beach sauna, lean-to and traditional hut, as well as a campfire pit, are included in the price. Linens and cleaning are included in the price.

The cottage has a toilet, as well as a sauna section on the cooling terrace. Elisa entertainment and Wi-Fi are available. The store is about 4 km away, the slopes are about 5 km away, and the yard, sledding trails, and hiking trails are accessible from the yard. 2 continuously valid lift tickets are included in the price.

Villa Pihla

Villa Pihla is a well-equipped half of a twin cottage for 4 people in Ruka, 2 km from Rukakylä. Despite the proximity to Ruka, the location is quiet and offers the guest beautiful forest and mountain scenery. The main skiing, mountain biking and snowmobiling trails start 200m walking distance from the cottage. The rental price does not include final cleaning. As an additional service, you can buy linen and towels for 30 euros/person and final cleaning for 100 euros. The cottage is not suitable for people with animal allergies. Welcome!

Rukanseutu C2 Keloparitalo in Ruka

In addition to the half 64.5 sqm of Kelopar house, a spacious loft of about 20 square meters, which makes the cottage size remarkably more spacious (see photos). The cottage is near Rukatunturi about five kilometers in the direction of Kuusamo, so it's perfect for those who appreciate the tranquility but those in need of Ruka services. Rukan Ski-Bus runs from the proximity/side of the cottage during the ski season. Attention! Seasonal Christmas, New Year and Weeks 8-15 rental only Saturday-Saturday. Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.
