Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Järven rannassa on iso kota ja erillinen rantasauna puulämmitteisellä kiukaalla. Kohde sopii ylelliseen makuun ja rauhaisaan lomailuun. Ruka on n. 20 min automatkan päässä ja Kuusamon keskusta n. 20 min päässä.

Latu lähellä vain 450 m, pieni kävelymatka ja olet ladulla. Vuosselin lasketturinteille myös lyhyt matka. Lähellä on myös moottorikelkkavuokraamo. Kesäisin mahdollista uida lähistöllä olevassa järvessä. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet pyydettäessä, erillishinnalla 23 eur/henkilö.
