Downstairs in the cottage, the living room-kitchen is an open space and there is one bedroom with a double bed. Attic upstairs with separate sleeping areas at the ends. One with a sofa bed and the other with two separate beds. Wi-Fi connection, air heat pump, 11kw charger with type2 connector (electricity is charged separately). A short distance to the ski trail from the yard of the cottage!

The apartment is in the top location of East Ruka on the slope, at ground level, on the side of the slope in a sunny location. From the door straight to the ski slope. All of these are 100m away: Gondola, Rosa&Rudolf Familypark, Skibus stop, RukaValley restaurants, ticket sales & rental, K-Market (open during the winter season). Restaurant SkiBooster in the neighboring house, which also has a sauna during the winter season, but you can check the opening hours online. Gondola easily to Rukakeskus. Atmospheric log cabin at Ruka's Summer Lake

A cottage in a prime location in Ruka Kesäjärvi. 1 km to the grocery store and 2 km to the city center. Ski trails, sledding route and SkiBus run right next to the cottage. Outdoor equipment storage in connection with the cottage. The cottage can accommodate 6 people (downstairs there is a double bed and a sofa bed, two beds in the loft). The cottage has all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday, such as a sauna, air heat pump and smart TV. Pets allowed. Please note that bed linen, towels and final cleaning are not included in the reservation.

This special place is close to everything, which makes it easier to plan your visit. Talvijärvi ski lift 250 m and Rukakylä services, e.g. restaurants, shops, taxi station... within walking distance. The ski trail is next door, from where you can access all the ski trails in the Ruka area. There are ski trails for active and fitness skiers. View of Talvijärvi from the balcony. The common ski maintenance area is in the F-house. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment. Linen and cleaning are included in the price.

This compact studio lies in the Ruka Valley between the slopes 16 and 18, next to gondola (100 m). 1 Queen size bed + 1 good quality divan sofa bed. Bathroom and compact kitchen with dishwasher. A holiday home near the shore of Lake Kesäjärvi. The windows of the apartment open up to a spacious view of Lake Kesäjärvi. The kitchen window also overlooks the open marsh. In winter, you can go skiing directly from the yard of the cottage. The maintained ski trail is about 200 m away. You can also take a snowmobile directly from the yard. In summer, you can go hiking directly from the yard. There is a dock and a rowing boat on the beach.
