In the immediate vicinity: Gorges de l'Ardèche, Chauvet Cave, Païolive Forest, Les Vans market, Joyeuse, various activities (canoeing, hiking, caving, climbing, mountain biking, swimming in the rivers).

Vacation and relaxation

Imagine, the gate opens and you arrive in the heart of southern Ardèche, to the sound of cicadas. You enter this peaceful retreat, the garden, closed by a gate, is open to you, your vacation begins. You can stay there, rest, enjoy the space or go for a game of pétanque, swim, fish, go cycling or enjoy the entertainment of the city center. Activities that are all within walking distance of the property, the city center being very close, as well as the river.

2-star gîte with private terrace and enclosed garden

The apartment is a type 2 furnished apartment, on the ground floor with covered terrace, barbecue garden furniture, enclosed and wooded grounds. It is a 2-star cottage. The village is at walking distance (300m). I recommend a magnificent hike along the Ardèche from the house: the circus of PEOPLE ( 2 to 3 hours of wonder). We are close to Vallon Pont d 'Arc and the Chauvet cave. Nearby there are also the classified villages of Labeaume, Balazuc and Voguë.

Country stone house completely renovated and reconnected in 2024 in the heart of 4 hectares of land in the heart of nature. Peace, comfort and quiet. Guaranteed disconnection in the middle of the garrigue. Possibility of private access for swimming in a hanging garden above the river. Atypical, authentic property located 5 minutes from the character village of Labeaume. The owners know the area perfectly and can guide you for outdoor sports activities.

You'll love my place because of the brightness and the comfort. My place is good for families, groups of friends. Bed linen is provided (except shower and pool towels). THE POOL (8 x 4 m) is secure. Free tennis 400 m from the house. WiFi in the house. (July August minimum week). ATTENTION (no parties or noisy evenings after 10:30pm to respect the neighborhood). For checkout times (for weeks departing on Saturday at 9 a.m., weekends on Sunday at 5 p.m.)
