Such a beautiful house! We were a group of 11. The house is nicely laid out, spacious and modern. Andre also greeted us on arrival to make sure we had everything we needed, and he was very responsive to messages before and during the stay. Thanks Andre! :)

Rural cottage with hot tub near Newark on Trent

NicolaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a great stay at The Fern with our two dogs. The secure garden with hot tub was very private and the fields on the site were perfect for our dogs to run around. We loved the puzzle box! Having an EV charger on site was a great feature too, that we made good use of. The space downstairs was very generous and well equipped. The bed upstairs was huge and the view from the window across the site was fantastic, especially at sunrise. Nigel was very friendly and responsive, providing lots of local info for things to do. Thank you for a fab stay!

In the ❤️ of Sherwood Forest, cosy cottage for 12

CorrineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had the most wonderful weekend at this beautiful cottage – it completely exceeded my expectations. Everything was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel really special. the kitchen had everything we needed, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect escape. What truly made this stay extra special, though was Ben From the very first contact, Ben was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. They made me feel instantly at ease, gave clear and helpful directions. His warmth and hospitality really stood out. You can tell that he puts his heart and soul into making this cottage a special place, and Ben went above and beyond. It’s rare to meet someone who is not only a fantastic host, but also a genuinely lovely person. Would Highly recommend this Cottage Thank you Ben 😊

Rural luxury cottage for2, garden, private hot tub

JoRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a wonderful few days in Phillip’s cottage to do many walks with our dog, go geocaching, relax and read. It was the most restorative break for us all and from the moment we checked in everything was great. Phillip was really friendly and told us some of the history around the local properties. Super helpful & a great host. The property was spotless & had all we needed. The hot tub was fab after a days walking and the bed really comfortable. We loved just sitting and watching nature in the garden - so many birds and even one day we saw a wild rabbit. It felt quiet and very private. Highly recommend & hope we will be back!

Cosy and Stylish Holiday Cottage in Crich

SteveRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The cottage is lovely, and very well equipped for a short or longer stay to fully explore the region. Joanne was very proactive with tips and suggestions for places to visit, eat out and the local area. The centre of the town is a 10 minute walk away downhill, not so quick on the way back. There is a nice pub and excellent Indian restaurant. Parking was easy and available on the road and we never had a problem finding a space. We would definitely stay again.

Clematis cottage was absolutely lovely. The space worked very well and was extremely comfortable (I love the fireplace and it's on my list of 'to get's'). Annette has thought of every single little detail that a guest might want or need. We were very grateful for our treats. It's situated in a very peaceful area with beautiful views. Thank you so much, Annette, we had a lovely time at Clematis cottage!

Stone Rise Cottage, Belper

StephenRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a fantastic long weekend staying in Nicola’s lovely period cottage, set in a quiet but continently close to town part of Belper, with everything we needed on the doorstep. The cottage has beautiful period features and was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfy so we slept well. We really enjoyed our stay and the cottage made an excellent base whilst we explored the surrounding areas including the stunning Peak District. Thanks for having us!

Alex’s place was wonderful, it’s so beautiful & lots of thoughtful amenities such as spare toothpaste, rennies, feminine hygiene products etc, as well as welcome pack of biscuits & sweets. Really were lovely extra touches. Alex was really accommodating with any requests we had & it’s a beautiful house in a beautiful area. We come to the area once a year and will certainly look to book again as it was perfect for our needs.

Stoop Cottage in the heart of Quorn:

ChristyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was the first part of a 2-part stay at Rachel’s lovely home in Quorn, but we are just having a wonderful time. The hope is perfect equipped and comfortable for us as a family of 4, while also being extremely conveniently located to a playground for my youngest, and a large park for my eldest. The running trails abound, the local market is right down the street, and we have had loads of fun getting to know all the locals and patronizing all the shops. It has been a wonderful stay, and a choice we would make again and again!
