‘The Cottage’ in Irchester is a lovely tiny getaway for a couple. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, t.v, free view box, small dining area with crockery and cutlery should you wish to have a take-away, tea/coffee making facilities and a tiny mini fridge. There is a shower room with a large walk-in shower. Outside you will find a courtyard with a comfy seating/dining area under a large gazebo. This gazebo will be for your private use. There is private parking on a gated gravel drive.p

Located in a peaceful Northamptonshire village, Spinney Loft provides a calm and tranquil setting. Well equipped one bedroom apartment located above our garage/old stables. The lounge area is spacious with a comfortable sofa, smart TV and desk. Fully equipped kitchen; electric hob, air fryer, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, washing machine and integrated dryer. The bedroom has a super king size bed which can be separated as twins. Spacious shower room, towels are provided.

Badgers Croft - Sharnbrook A unique country escape

Badgers Croft is a pretty stone built cottage set apart from the main house. It comes complete with off road parking, its own seated gravelled area and private fern garden. The self contained cottage comprises of a bathroom, kitchen and lounge area to seat four people comfortably and a log burning stove to keep you cosy at night. A bedroom with double bed and also a mezzanine area that can sleep a further two people who can sleep looking out at the stars above through the roof light.

Small double bed, sofa and chair. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. New en-suite shower. Good transport links, lots of parks, and lakes, garden which you share with owner, I have 2 friendly Shih-Tzu dogs which do not enter the annex.
