In area not affected by storm. Beautiful apartment at the lovely beach of Port Saplaya, otherwise know as Valencia´s "Little Venice". Port Saplaya is 4 km from the old city center of Valencia, which can be reached by bus (15 mins) or taxi (about 12 euros). The apartment has lovely views of the small port and is quiet but just 1 min from the beach and the many great seafront restaurants of Port Saplaya, which suit all price classes. Large supermarket (Al Campo) 2 minutes walk from apartment.

Due to its orientation it is very cool in summer, the three bedrooms are outside, the living/dining room overlooks the terrace, which is just above the beach. There is a lot of restoration of all kinds in the urbanization, three pools with different environments, even one with Restaurant, for only €3 a day you can use any and combine them. In 2 min. walk to a hypermarket “Al Campo”and more restaurants; Burger King, KFC, etc... There is a bus stop that in 5 minutes you are in downtown Valencia.
