Your spot is a two bedroom unit on our farm house located in North Rustico We run a family dairy farm With dairy cows, horses, chickens and three labs and a two Siberian husky that like to bark , but very friendly. Located on a large 1.2 acre waterfront lot, The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds, there is a second loft for storage or play area for children. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. Our tiny home is rated for -40 degrees Celsius and we have a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of heat or WIFI; and there is snow removal
