Holiday rentals with a patio in Rutherford County

This place is VERY beautifully decorated. Very clean. I checked in later in the evening and it was well lit when I arrived. very spacious and all amenities available! Comfy bed, plush towels, nice dinner ware and glassware. Everything one would need at home! Just bring yourself and your clothes!

Lots of nearby places to eat and easy access to the freeway.

overall the home was beautiful, my family and I LOVED IT! The neighborhood is great for family. The house was clean just as Robert described. Very well equipped, its one of the best airbnb homes I rented. Hope to be back soon!

We had such a wonderful stay! The environment was incredibly peaceful, just what we needed to relax and recharge. One of the highlights for us was how friendly and therapeutic the dogs were! They were so sweet and welcoming, and it really added a special touch to the experience. You can tell this place is cared for with love. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, cozy getaway with some furry friends to brighten your day!

It was a beautiful apartment right in the middle of Murfreesboro! The host was available to communicate whenever I needed. I really enjoyed this stay!

Our stay was very nice. We were not at the apartment very much because of our need to be in the area but it was nice to have a quiet, clean and comfortable place to end our long days. It was very pretty inside and out!

We had a nice stay. The place was nice and clean. I like the end unit that we stayed at. The kitchen has everything that we needed. There were plenty of everthing; dish towels, paper towels, toiletries, towels, blankets, fans, and ect...Cleaning crew did a wonderful job.

Such a lovely home! Beds were comfortable, all appliances were easy to use, and a great place for us to rest in between visiting family nearby.

The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. When sitting on the back porch or deck, you can hear the birds sing, watch the squirrels play and the bunnies running around the yard. It is a great place to relax! However, you are still close to shopping and restaraunts. Ginger was very welcoming, proactive with instructions and communication and her home was stocked with just anything you would need for an enjoyable stay. We look forward to planning our next trip and prayerfully staying here again!

Nice, quaint and cozy home in a quiet historical neighborhood. The antique decor was done nicely. My friends and I enjoyed our stay here while in town to visit the Nearest Green Distillery. Rob was very friendly when inquiring about the distance from his property to the distillery, which was only 20 minutes backroads. He also gave us great recommendations for where to dine in Murfreesboro. We'll definitely be back on the next visit to the distillery and Humble Baron.

Such a lovely place and lovely host! A peaceful, tastefully decorated home. Plenty of space for our group of 6. Well stocked. I slept so good in the comfortable bed. And a great location to go out and explore the area (nice drive to Nashville). We would happily stay here again!

This home was absolutely lovely and such a great stay for my family. The whole place smelled fresh and clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. Rosalba was very accommodating and even though we were only there for two nights it was a fantastic stay.

We are from south Louisiana. My husband and his guys have been working in Murfreesboro, TN for several months. The place they’ve rented a few times prior, through another app, wasn’t available. I was able to book the week they needed at Kurstin’s place the day before they had to leave and for a much better rate! She confirmed the reservation within mins!! The guys all said- THIS PLACE IS WAY BETTER!! They loved the character of the 1940’s house and appreciated all the updates they’ve done. Loved the kitchen and bathrooms complimenting the cleanliness and thought gone into what a guest may need, and super comfortable beds!! The Location was spot on, easy to find, safe, quiet area! Everything they needed or wanted was within 5 miles! And is only about 35 mins/straight shot up I-24 to Nashville! This will be the first place I check for availability for vacations and as more work brings us back to the area! Thanks so much for hosting such a wonderful place!!

We loved our stay! We were in town for a state tennis tournament and the house was the perfect place to relax and rest between matches. The location was super convenient to anything we needed - the tennis center, starbucks, sprouts, lots of restaurant options and kroger. The home was clean and a fantastic layout for group we were traveling with. Dionne was so responsive anytime we messaged and so accommodating to us! We would stay here again in a heart beat! I am always worried about the places we choose when traveling for tournaments like this, but this was definitely 10/10!

This house was really well set up and equipped, easy to check in and access, had plenty of space inside, good parking, and very convenient to the Murfeesboro town square, along with other nice restaurants nearby. The place was very clean, and the host was extremely responsive. There are plenty of bathrooms, nice common spaces, and a decently equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

I was especially impressed by the quick responses and solutions for the minor problems that we encountered. The beds were comfortable and the place was very quiet. It was exactly what we wanted.

Loved this townhouse! It was clean and had everything we needed! It was in a nice neighborhood and convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and the highway! Very responsive!

We needed a place to stay last minute due to traveling for work. We decided to get an Airbnb and take a break from old hotels. We were able to book late at night before the cutoff. Everything is beautiful and very cozy. And lots of beds for the work crew to have one to themselves! Definitely will Be booking again if we are in the area. Oh and super affordable!

I was going through a family emergency and being here in this peaceful home has made the difference. Also, Vicki, the cohost has been so gracious and kind. She has been amazing and encouraging by checking in with me to see how me and my family were doing. I will definitely be back.

Katie's place was awesome! Definitely home away from home- close enough to Nashville but also so much local to us in Murfreesboro. I will absolutely stay here again when I'm back up that way. 10/10
