Grill steaks on the BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. Farm fresh products for purchase at our farm store, including our own pasture raised beef. Situated on a quiet country road this adorable home on one wooded acre has lovely mountain views and a peaceful setting. Nearby you will find skiing, hiking trails and quaint Vermont towns with shops and restaurants. Manchester and Rutland are 30 min. drives, Dorset is just 20 min. Granville NY has a large grocery store and other shops and is only a 15 min. drive.

Kingsley Homestead

Come stay in our relaxing suite. We accommodate 4 people comfortably. We are very close to Rutland Golf ⛳️ , Pineapple Hill Park, Killington and many lakes. There is a queen bedroom with a kitchenette, large living room, and bath with shower and a whirlpool tub to relax in after a long day of outdoor adventures. There is a second bedroom that has two twin beds. Toaster, coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. No stove. There is a two-burner portable stove.

Close to three ski resorts: Killington, Okemo, and Pico. Dogs are welcome and loved, with plenty of room to run. Comfortable queen-sized bed and couch.
