Holiday rentals with beach access in Ryde City Council

Ideal location for exploring Sydney. We loved all the shops and excellent bars and restaurants in Potts Point. The view over the harbour is magnificent and the apartment is well appointed and ideal for a couple. The host was excellent and I hope to return again next year.

Great location, short walk to big bear village Coles and bus stop to the city, and there’s even a waterfall down the road! Place was very clean and perfect for 1 person; had all the essentials . Damon responded very quickly to any query. Would recommend

Lynn was a magnificent host, very accommodating and friendly. She made our stay a memorable one. Our time at the apartment was wonderful, it felt very homely and my kids loved the space as there were also toys for them to play with. The location was perfect, it was a 5 minutes walk from the Birkenhead Point outlet which has lots of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and other shops. You have so many options to travel around Sydney, it's a 5 minutes walk to the bus stop which takes you to town hall within 10-15 minutes or a 15 minutes walk take the ferry into Darling Harbour/Circular Keys. I highly recommend it here!

One of the best Airbnbs that I have ever stayed at. Super clean and safe. The aquarium with the beautiful fish was an added bonus. Plenty of green tea and cookies. Cooking facilities, an 8 minute walk to the train and Sydney Harbor bridge. BM was always responsive. He let me check in early as well as a late check out. I would not hesitate to stay here again

A 5-star stay all around! Stayed for a month at Keri’s place and loved it. The home is even better than the photos show. Very roomy, lots of natural light, and tons of charm. It’s probably the most well stocked listing you’ll come across. From the kitchen, bathroom, linens, etc, anything you’ll need for a great stay will be there. We took advantage of the high quality pots, pans, knives, & appliances to cook some great meals during our stay. Great internet connection, with a separate office area to work if needed. New smart TV for when relaxing. Comfy bed & sofas for napping. The neighborhood is perfect and so lovely for quiet walks. Bus stop is 1 block away for a 10min ride to the CBD, or take the scenic ferry at the bottom of the hill for a fun way to travel. We never heard the other tenants within the triplex. The way it’s arranged is so private. I know it’s not possible for every stay, but Keri was so kindly able to be flexible with our arrival & departure times. Hoping to return!

You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

Incredible spot. We watched the dolphins leaping from the waves and couldn't have asked for more. We'll be back in whale season! Great setup. Highly recommended. Richard and Beck were great hosts. Really responsive and helpful. Avalon town is a great spot too. Lots of good places to eat and get coffee. minor notes: the path down to the rockpools is a little more advanced than anticipated. We turned back with our three year old. if you're napping kids in the middle of the day the blinds don't block much light coming in.

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

Evelyns space was nice and quiet with spectacular views of Pittwater Bay. My family had an absolutely lovely stay. Evelyn is very helpful and quick to respond to anything guests may need. Apartment is in great location, walking distance to town and beaches.

Location, location, location! Charlotte’s place in Tamarama is an absolute gem. It has everything you could possibly need, with the most spectacular views and what truly feels like your own private beach. The home is spacious, super comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. Charlotte was incredibly accommodating she made our late check-in seamless and was so helpful throughout. We had a relaxing weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Siro, the host, was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our check-in and overall experience smooth and stress-free. The property offers an unblocked beachfront view, providing a peaceful and private setting in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s free street parking space just right below the house, and the house is situated on the high side, giving it an elevated feel. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly — it made our trip even more enjoyable! The house was immaculate, with a spotless living room and bathroom. Thoughtful touches like complimentary towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even sunscreen were provided. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooktop and all the necessary cookware and utensils, meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

Dianne’s apartment was really great. It is in a great location for Balmoral Beach and Mosman surrounds. It is really spacious and comfortable. Dianne had excellent communication and was responsive to any questions and messages throughout the stay. What a pleasure it was to stay in this spacious, comfortable and well equipped home. Emily provides everything you need right down to umbrellas. The beautiful views over Whale Beach added a fabulous touch to this perfect airbnb. Emily and David were quick to respond, always helpful, and throughout my 10 day stay ensured that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Northern Beaches.

Suzanne was very helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. Her instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Everything was provided from kitchen essentials to bathroom amenities. The place is spacious (for 3 of us) and clean. A convenient location, as it was only a short 10min walk to the train station and 5 minute drive to the closest supermarket and restaurants. Will definitely consider staying at Suzanne's place again if opportunity arises.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.

Lauren’s cosy apartment was super awesome. We had a fab stay. The apartment was well appointed ; all the essentials from dishwashing liquid, washing powder to up market toiletries were plentiful; quiet; very clean; warm; parking was hassle free; eating places were dime a dozen; and public transport was easily accessible.
