Our stay was lovely, the house was as beautiful as the pictures show. It was quiet and cosy with firewood ready to go. Dominic was super friendly and helpful, we would stay again

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in this well presented house. Easy access and comfortable furnishings. Really enjoyed the use of the tastefully landscaped hot tub - it was really classy. The bookabreak team were very attentive and helped us out with a routine little issue which we really appreciated and gave us a generous late check out. Thanks

we had a lovely weekend at SaltHouse. our little pooch enjoyed the fully enclosed yard, and the gas fire place worked a treat on the cold nights.

The photos dont do this home enough justice. We already knew it was a beautiful home when booking but we weren't prepared on how beautiful it was once we opened the front door. It is so open & spacious. Perfect for large group bookings. I had my family of 5, my sisters family of 6 and our Brother. 12 of us, and there was plenty of space! The kitchen had everything we needed, a large fridge & Plenty of pantry space. Also had all crockery, cutlery, utensils, dishes needed. Which made dinners so easy & enjoyable. There was a living area for kids to enjoy separate from the adults in the main living area. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds for a good nights rest. The bathrooms were beautiful! Overall the house was clean & we were very satisfied. Tracey has made our stay very comfortable & smooth. Check-in & check-out was easy & stress-free. We had a great stay! Leonie was fantastic to deal with and check in / out was a breeze. The house had plenty of activities and games to keep the little ones occupied. Kitchen and living were well stocked with the basics and kids cutlery & plates made everything so easy. Location wise was great. It’s in a nice quiet pocket, but only a 1 min drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend and it was a great holiday experience for our young family.

Had a wonderful stay. The house was tidy with an open, yet cosy layout. The jacuzzi and sauna were an added bonus with clear instructions given on how to use.

This was an exceptional Airbnb stay. It felt like Ben had written the manual on how to be the perfect host. The attention to detail was outstanding—from phone chargers on both sides of every bed, to a kitchen equipped with every utensil and high-quality tool you could need. The spa was ready to go upon arrival, and there was plenty of timber provided for the pizza oven. Fantastic job, Ben—we’d definitely stay again!

This home was an absolute gem peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality touches throughout. From the luxurious bed and crisp linens to the plush couch and spotless bathroom, every detail made the stay feel indulgent and comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the water pressure strong enough to actually wash your hair, which is surprisingly rare in most Airbnbs. And unlike many places, there were no leaks or awkward plumbing quirks in the shower just clean, functional design. The host was warm, responsive, and genuinely accommodating, making the experience feel seamless from start to finish. This place is a perfect escape for couples looking to unwind in comfort and style. I’ll absolutely be coming back 5 stars, hands down.

We had a great time at the Portarlington National Celtic festival over the June long weekend. To top this off our very comfortable accommodation was a highlight. The Hosts have put so much effort to make their place a home away from home and it shows with every thoughtful detail . Certainly would recommend to anyone wanting to stay and also explore the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. Hopefully we can return for another luxury escape !! Rgds Margaret & Bob

Joan’s cottage was like a home from home. It had everything you could need for day to day living. The bird theme running throughout the cottage was nice. Only 5 minute drive to Mornington town centre. We will definitely stay here again.

Comfy and cozy accomodation in a great location. The airbnb was in a great spot and was super clean and tidy. Alison was well accomodating with check in and check out times to ensure we could be ready for out even in time. Great stay

It was a last minute getaway and was just perfect. Exactly what we wanted and expected. Cold enough evenings to make the most of a fabulous fireplace. Lovely open space. Perfectly equipped kitchen and walkable distance to shops and beach. It was also a perfect secure home to bring our dog.

Ben was an amazing host, really kind, thoughtful and pro active in getting information to us before we even thought of it.

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality.
