Can thoughrely recommend Jenny's place, both Jenny and Tim are very friendly. Patio overlooking the sea and sea views from the bedroom, very generous welcome pack and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more, the lounge was spacious with comfy couches and the bedroom had plenty of clothes hangers and the bed was super comfy, including the pillows,. Every where was super clean, we didn't really want to leave, but,of course, it was time to move on., can thoughrely recommend Jenny' and Tim's place.

This home was probably the best Airbnb we've stayed in. The photos already looked great but it actually exceeded our expectations. The two living room areas were lovely to spend time in and the kitchen was really well equipped. The downstairs area is huge as well, with 3 bedrooms and an ensuite bathroom for each. The beds were really comfortable too. The proximity with the sea, grocery stores, restaurants and activities was very practical. Danielle was really lovely and helpful. she messaged proactively and responded quickly when needed.

A great place to stay to access Hastings. Right on the waterfront which was lovely, accommodation was exactly as described. Only slight issue was parking which was accurately described in the listing and free parking was found a short walk away, overall not a major issue and didn’t impact the stay

A million dollar view of the sea! It’s breathtaking and a joy to sit in the sun room and watch the world go by with a panoramic view of the sea. Great communication with the hosts. They allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in time. Comfortable bed, the fresh flowers were a lovely touch. It’s a little out of the town but easily walkable along the front or through the characterful Kemptown. Grocery shops close by and plenty of restaurants around. We had a wonderful stay in the place perfect for a couple. Thank you!

Was a lovely stay. Chris was extremely responsive with questions we had - being new to the area, we really appreciated it. Shower was very spacious and coffee machine came in handy. Short walk to the beach and food. We’re light sleepers so we struggled having the radiators on during the night, but other than that- an absolutely fantastic stay.

We stayed for one night here and it was absolutely perfect. Only a short walk to the town centre and the bed was comfortable and easy to get to. All very clean and perfect for our little trip away, thank you!

This is a very compact and efficiently laid out flat that was perfect for our five day stay in London. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the living room was a great place to relax when we came back from our busy days out. We very much appreciated the location, which allowed us to walk to many different neighborhoods or easily take public transportation when needed. Daniel was very responsive to all my questions and provided suggestions for luggage storage when we visited the British Museum on our last day there. I’d highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a clean, lovely place to stay in the middle of London.

What a beautiful space! Felt instantly at home and relaxed. Everything you could want and very peaceful. Nice touches of welcoming nibbles, milk and butter were very much appreciated. Excellent spot for exploring the area. Flat even better than the photos, really thoughtfully designed keeping the historic details but with a contemporary feel. Lovely little outside garden too. Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at Alex & Virginia’s apartment. It was spotless, and such a lovely apartment. Super easy to get in & out, and they were on hand to answer any questions we had about the stay. Thank you for a lovely break!

We have just returned home after a week at Beach apartment. The location was ideal, just across the road from the beach & an easy level walk into Hastins. The apartment was spotless & equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Huge windows overlooking the sea made the apartment very light & airy. The view was wonderful being so close to the sea. Communication with Sarah was excellent with any queries we had being answered promptly. There is no parking at the property but we could stop to unload the luggage & Sarah had suggested locations to park which were within 5 minutes walk. We didn't need to pay as plenty of free roadside parking within that 5 minutes walk. Plenty of good place's to eat close by. We found the bus service in the area to be very good & used it for days out to Rye & Eastbourne. Rye is a very pretty town, great for a day out. We had a great holiday & wouldn't hesitate to return to Sara's apartment if we return to Hastins in the future.

L’appartement est très agréable, décoré avec goût. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous! Rien ne manque niveau équipement, point +++. Literie au top ! L’emplacement est idéal, permettant facilement de visiter Hastings et les environs à pieds ou en transport et alliant le calme et la proximité du centre-ville. Madelaine a toujours été réactive et l’accueil a été très agréable et facilité par les explications et conseils donnés sur place. Les petites attentions à notre arrivée sont un vrai plus ! Il est bon de savoir que les bruits et pas de l’étage se font entendre mais Madelaine & son mari ont toujours été très respectueux et ces bruits ne sont donc pas gênants. Merci ☺️

Stayed with my adult daughter and my maltese terrier fifi from Thursday to Sunday last week .. two min walk to old town which was buzzing with bars , pubs n restaurants .. lots dog friendly too .. the bakery 2 shops away from the gallery was to die for .. Jane kindly left a bottle of wine , milk and croissants which was such a nice touch .. we had beautiful weather too which was a bonus !! Thankyou Jane for a truley wonderful stay in your gallery garden flat we loved it and the lil courtyard garden was lovely in the mornings having coffee outside .. honestly too many positives to mention !! Gorgeous and generous accommodation in Old Hastings, central to great restaurants, independent shops, the beach, and old fishing quarter. The accommodation is beautifully decorated with interesting objects, and feels like home from home. The thoughtful details and numerous provisions made for a great and happy stay. Our thanks to the hosts for the ease or communication and plentiful suggestions and, of course, for the wonderful 'home'. We hope to be back!

Myself and my child had the pleasure of staying at Stella's. The property was lovely, clean, peaceful and suited our needs for our time there. Although it's situated on a busy road within TunbridgeWells, no problems with noise from traffic as house is slightly back from road and has a parking space for the property, which was something I required whilst looking at Airbnb's website for the time we required. Town was also a short walk from property. Stella responded to messages quickly, had requested additional bedding as not sharing the bedroom with my child, this was all provided by Stella from the start and included an additional mattress for the sofa bed. During our stay I asked Stella for an additional item and it was bought round to the property later that day. The neighbours were also really nice and helpful. No issues with check in or finding the property as instructions provided were exact. We really enjoyed staying at Stella's place.

We had a wonderful stay at Farah's flat. Was light and airy and exactly as shown on the photos. Farah was lovely and responded very quickly to messages, she even sorted out visitor's parking for me which saved me a fortune! The area is perfect - 15 minutes maximum walk from Camden Market/Camden Town Tube - but an absolute oasis of calm and quiet away from the crowds, we were thrilled to look out of the window one evening to see a beautiful fox sitting on the lawn! There is a nice half an hour walk along the canal to Regents Park/London Zoo and a great bus route into the West End - bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the flat and buses around every 8 minutes. I would absolutely recommend Farah's place for a stay in London!

Place was great, 2 stores with the bedrooms downstairs. Beds are very comfortable, lots of closet space, with lots of comfortable towels available for your stay. They have done a great job with the decor giving it a fun vibe. I walked into London for business, location was great. Fantastic coffee shop across the street. Would highly recommend and rent again.

My friends and I had a great stay! The place had everything we needed, the beds were really comfortable, and the hot tub was a perfect touch that made our trip even more special. The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Staying at this beautiful Grade II listed Manor House was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our lovely host — Jo’s hospitality and warmth made our visit feel like staying with family. The Manor House itself is absolutely stunning — full of character, history, and timeless charm. Each room tells a story, and the period features have been lovingly preserved. Yet, despite the historic setting, all the comforts we needed were provided. The bed was cozy, the surroundings peaceful, and the gardens were a delight to stroll through. What made this stay truly special was our host. Her stories about the house’s history, the village, and her life were fascinating and added such depth to the whole experience. She was incredibly thoughtful, always checking to ensure we had everything we needed — without ever being intrusive. If you're looking for a truly authentic and heartwarming stay in the English countryside, this is it.

Great hosts , perfect accommodation. Ideal location to visit Folkestone. Hosts have thought of everything and made our weekend special. Great to have private use of the hot tub , and the Alexa was great ! We will definitely be returning 😊. Thank you xx

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!

Felt right at home at Oded’s. Warm house, Hot shower, Great kitchen, Window view in the bedroom and kitchen are so nice, and my favourite spot was sitting at the kitchen table each morning for coffee. Everything you need and responsive host. I was fortunate to be able to do a long term stay over winter which I haven’t done before on airbnb, and am really grateful for the provisions and warmth in a well thought out spot. Great taste, Great house. Area was great too for working week and markets on Sunday. Thank you Oded

Stayed with three friends for a 50th birthday in town and Helen looked after us so well. Everything just perfect for spending a couple of days catching up and the hottub was the crowning glory. Thoroughly recommended.
