Charming cottage in an all-round style, in Sandnäset 700 m from the Lule River. The cottage has three rooms, bedroom with two beds,living room and a small but functional kitchen. Small but cozy terrace under the roof is available with room for table and 2-3 chairs. Next to the terrace there is a shower and toilet.You have the cabin to yourself! Swimming beach available on Sandnäsudden (about 1 km). Tips for activities and attractions in Luleå and Norrbotten, can be found in the cottage. Scenic, close to the sea and quiet

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation with proximity to nature, the forest and the sea. There is the possibility of outdoor activities at all seasons. In autumn you can enjoy nature's delights, berries and mushrooms are available to pick in the forest. Nature conservation area with nature trail is located barely 1 km walk from the guest house. Barbecue area is by the shore where you can prepare a meal for a wave puppy and bird chirping. 14 km to Luleå center. There is a wood-burning stove in the cabin. The sauna is wood-fired.

Charming retro house by the sea

Koppla av med familjen i fridfulla, vackra Båtskärsnäs, nära Frevisörens camping (Nordiclapland) med bad och aktiviteter. Gästers husdjur är välkomna. Vid boendet finns en vedeldad badtunna utomhus som kan förbokas mot en avgift på 500 kronor, det är oftast möjligt att boka den men hör gärna av er i tid för att bekräfta detta. Två kajaker finns att låna. Från Båtskärsnäs går även båtturer ut i skärgården och på vintern har vi fina isar och skidspår. Sparkar, pulkor och snöskor finns att låna.

Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

The nearby archipelago offers fantastic beaches and the popular campsite, Frevisören camp resort, with sea bathing and restaurant is only 4 km away. Microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker available. In the fully tiled bathroom there is underfloor heating, washing machine, reverse liquid, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

There is one bedroom with a 180 cm bed, livingroom with a 140 cm sofa bed and another bedroom on the second floor with a 140 cm sofa bed and a 90 cm bed. There is a laundry machine and dryer in the basement. Note that there are no doors in the first floor. During the summertime you can find a swing in the yard. There are lots of toys for children to play with.
