An absolutely wonderful stay! The house radiates a special warmth and attention to detail - you can immediately see how much passion Trudy and Dirk have put into it. Everything was not only sparkling clean, but also tastefully and cozily furnished. The combination of historic flair and modern comfort is perfect. The location in the quiet, charming village of Asperen is ideal for relaxing - at the same time, you can quickly reach cities such as Utrecht or Rotterdam by car. The small garden, where we could spend many relaxing hours, was also particularly beautiful. Trudy and Dirk were incredibly warm, helpful and attentive – we felt completely welcome. A place to come back to! Thank you for this lovely accommodation!

We had a very relaxing 5 nights. Kees and Karen were impeccable hosts, laidback and always helpful. We didn't come by car, but it's easy to get into Utrecht either by bus or tram. Would definitely book again.

The accommodation is beautifully designed - stylish interior, cozy atmosphere and a huge highlight: the large bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and sauna. Above all, the location is also unbeatable and directly by the forest. Pigs, pheasants and chickens are in adjacent enclosures. Pets are welcome and the hosts are easily accessible. All in all great! We hope to book this accommodation again soon :)

Our stay at Berdie went well beyond our expectations. This was not just a ‘stay’, it was a wonderful experience. The accommodation was as described and the floor-heating was superb. The wooden stove -while not necessary for heating- was very cozy. The place is surrounded by nature with excellent walking trails. Icing on the cake was the Sunday music performances on the premises. Both Berdie and her husband Gerard are terrific hosts and I highly recommend them. We look forward staying here again in the near future!

Wonderful stay in the beautiful Betuwe. Beautiful location and you can do many things if you like nature. In addition, you are in a central place and you are quickly in Utrecht or Den bosch if you want to look up the city.

Great host and a beautiful property. Interior looks gorgeous. House is close to countryside nature. Village is peaceful and quiet.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and immediately at home. A wonderful environment where we completely relaxed. Large garden with many play opportunities for children and seating and barbecue facilities for all guests, overall everything great, although we reached the limit with 6 adults and 3 children in unstable weather.

We loved our long weekend in Nieuwland. This is a tiny village so very quiet and peaceful, but just a few minutes drive from the motorway. The house was exactly as described and very comfortable for our group of 3 people. Everything worked great- lovely kitchen, powerful shower and a tv with a guest Netflix account. We were disappointed we didn't get a chance to sit outside in the courtyard due to the rain. We would happily return and would recommend to anyone who wants peace and quiet away from town. It's one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in. Mirjam was very sweet and you could tell that it's her passion to make her guests feel welcomed. She went above and beyond our expectations and we would definitely stay here again. Also I cannot not mention the excellent breakfast. It was very filling and thought out. I can't see how you can rate this place anything other that 10/10.

Roy and Meddy's place is perfect for 2 guests: - Bright apartment, very clean, decorated in today's trend, well organized and practical. - The balcony is very nice. - Close to shops, the city center. - The bikes available are a real plus to be able to explore Eindhoven in its entirety. As a host, Roy and Meddy are also perfect: considerate, welcoming, responsive... Thank you again, it was a real pleasure to spend this weekend with you.

The stay was very nice, Heleen gave us great tips for eating out and was very friendly and helpful. We were very happy about the bicycles that we were allowed to use for the two days. We will be happy to come back!

We spent nine days in this fantastic bed and breakfast. The garden fascinated us in particular, what grows there and how lovingly everything was combined, just great. Sitting by the fireplace in the evening, enjoying a glass of wine and having good and fun conversations with Maria and Pieter Jan, a pleasure. Both are very attentive and kind, give good tips and Maria's breakfast in the morning was always a highlight. The apartment is cozily and tastefully furnished. We felt like at home here. We spend a weekend in Robert's place. It was very peaceful and beautiful in the middle of an awesome location for hiking and biking. They provided everything we needed for our stay. We will gladly book this place next time we are in the area.

Lucienne welcomed us very kindly. We lacked nothing in the accommodation, especially not beautiful toys for our youngest fellow travelers, who were also very happy about the two cuddly toys in the crib. We had a nice stay and only regret that the weather was not good enough for a longer stay in the beautiful garden.

Sterre's house was fantastic. Has all the comforts and very clean. A wonderful sofa, wonderful shower and wonderful beds. Her instructions were clear and we even got a nice cake on arrival! Despite the less beautiful weather, we had a great time at restaurants nearby and playing games in the house. I can recommend this stay to anyone!

I was looking for a place for my friend where we could have a nice time and go fishing. The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos and the hostess was so incredibly sweet. We couldn't have done better. An incredibly beautiful environment. Great people and everything within walking or cycling distance. We would be happy to come back again 😍
