The Reed Bed

Market gardener's house on the edge of the Sèvre Niortaise on a private towpath with no traffic. It is located 800 m from the Bazoin locks pier, where you can rent a boat, canoe, but also a bike and quadracycle... Great area for fishing and beautiful walks in the heart of the Poitevin marsh. In the village of Damvix, you will find a convenience store with lottery, tobacco and newspapers, a bakery, a butcher, delicatessen and caterer, hairdresser, pharmacy, garage, restaurants, piers... etc.

In the heart of the Green Venice

Out of sight, put your bags down in the heart of the Marais Poitevin. The house offers a spacious living room open to the outside, on the ground floor two bedrooms and a shower room. It can accommodate 12 people. There is a large garden, a heated swimming pool that gets sun all day, a petanque court and shaded areas.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
