Venez vous détendre dans un charmant petit studio à l'ambiance cosy et chaleureuse . Situé en rez de chaussée de mon habitation L'entrée indépendante et privative, vous permettra d'aller et venir à votre gré Comprenant une chambre séparée, une cuisine équipée et une salle de bain, ce studio est fait pour poser vos valises. Petit extérieur, stationnement disponible, gratuit au pied du logement. Proche des commerces. Endroit calme Linge de lit et serviettes fournis .Boite à clés si besoin.

Pleine nature en bordure de rivière, tranquillité et détente assurées. Gîte de charme en pierre avec terrasse et jardin privés surplombant la rivière. 1 cuisine, 1 séjour, 1 chbre avec 1 lit en 140, 1 chbre avec un convertible en 140 et 1 lit en 90, SDB. A proximité: Centre équestre, voie verte à 300 mètres, village de caractère, tous commerces à 3 km, gorges Ardèche à 40 km Non adapté aux très jeunes enfants et aux personnes à mobilité réduite (escalier intérieurs et extérieurs, rivière).

The Mongolian yurt

Notre yourte est nichée dans la garrigue au milieu des animaux. Indépendante des autres logements, autonome et chauffée vous pourrez y loger à 4 (lit double + banquette orientale). Une terrasse privative est à votre disposition avec sa treille ombragée, une table et un salon de jardin. Située à une centaine de mètres de notre petite ferme familiale, elle est au calme. Petit-déjeuner (10€ pers, 5€/moins de 10 ans). Repas du soir (20€/adulte boisson comprise, 10€/enfant, 5€/moins de 10 ans).

Maison de 2022 située dans un cadre exceptionnel en bordure d'une voie douce, ancien tracé d'une voie de chemin de fer reliant Privas à la rive droite du Rhône et se prolongeant par La Via-Rhôna reliant la méditerranée au lac Leman. La maison est implantée au pied d’une coulée basaltique dans un parc arboré. Construite sur 1 étage, une grande terrasse en bois prolonge l'immense baie vitrée. 2 chambres sont équipées de 2 lits de 90, et la 3eme d'un lit de 160. mobilier haut de gamme.
