Entire 3-Level House on the Banks of the Guadalquivir River

Due to the Covin-19, we’re taking extra care to disinfect the house between reservations. We have a private entrance to the house. In order to follow the social distance rules and avoid person to person contact we offer self check-in system. Sit down to a complimentary breakfast on the first morning staying in this fully refurbished property. Later, read a book in the hammock on 1 of the tranquil terraces. It also benefits from plenty of natural sunlight and fine exposed stonework. Our beautiful house is divided into 3 floors. On the first floor we have: -Bedroom 1 with king size bed (1.50m x 1.90m) -Generous open plan modern kitchen dinner and lounge area which is great for family/friends entertaining and hang out together. We have brought the old walls and you can see the unique and original bricks of the house. It has a pleasant space that will make you feel at home. -Bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the second floor we have: -Two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 with a king size bed (1.50m x 2m) floor to ceiling balcony overlooking the famous street, Calle Castilla, table and two chairs. Bedroom 3 which has 2 single beds (0.90m x 2m). -Fully equipped bathroom with a walk in double shower. -Laundry cupboard with washing machine, cleaning utensils and products. From this second floor we have access to one of the beautiful terraces from where we access to the third floor which is our gorgeous very large roof terrace, one of the amazing points of this property, the highlight! With a seating area where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest al fresco, enjoy a nice breakfast or a great dinner after visiting the city. Please note the outdoor cushions are only for non winter use due to the slight possibility of rain and the humidity caused by temperature change from day to night. We will do our best for you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Seville. Guests will have access and exclusive use of the whole house and terraces. Free wifi. In the price is included everything you need to make a lovely breakfast, coffee, milk, bread, jam, butter and some fresh fruit. Even though I am originally from Seville and I am passionate about my city, I moved to Madrid in 2005 from where I am managing bookings. When you book our apartment we will keep in touch by phone, email, text messages or whatsapp While we try to be flexible for your check-in and check-out time, check-in does need some advance co-ordination as we need for someone to be there to welcome you when you get to the apartment. I do go very often to Seville, so I may be the one to welcome you to the house, if not we have a great team of assistants to meet you at the house door. The riverside setting adds to the enchantment of the Triana neighborhood, where this home is located. Steps away are the historic Callejón de la Inquisición and San Jorge Castle.
