A 5 minutos se encuentra esta casa inspirada en sus colores verdes y vainillas que solo te invitan y sosiegan después de un día de andanzas y emociones vividas en Sevilla, como un refugio de paz y confort. La vivienda posee las máximas calidades, para garantizar el confort de los huéspedes; techos altos y vigas de madera lo sustentan. Al acceder al apartamento se encuentra un cierre de palillería y madera; a la derecha se encuentra una puerta en madera decapada donde descubre la zona de estar y la cocina abierta, detrás de esta se encuentra baño, con un revestimiento Xline de porcelanosa y madera. El dormitorio principal se encuentra a la derecha de la zona de estar; tres grandes ventanales con sus contraventanas en madera dan a la fachada del edificio con balcones. El segundo dormitorio se encuentra dentro del mismo apartamento a través de la galería, por el pasillo del cierre de cristal y madera dando a un patio interior.
