The room is tastefully furnished & features an Art-Deco double bed, en-suite shower, TV & breakfast bar. There are also kitchenette facilities in the bedroom, so you can make breakfast/snacks. Double doors open onto private balcony. Toilet is just outside the room across a tiled hall where you can hang coats, shoes & beach things. Drive-way parking available.

Located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Torquay Harbour, Town Centre and Wellswood, Babbacombe and St Marychurch. We are located at the top of a hill on the outskirts of the town which makes us a quiet location away from the night time noises. The surrounding areas are a leisurely walk downhill (but obviously an incline on return). We are approximately a 15 minute walk from Babbacombe Downs and a 15 - 25 minute walk into Torquay Town centre. Taxis cost approximately £7
