Your separate accommodation is as new being light & cosy; many guests find it more spacious than it looks here. Kitchen/living area leads into the bedroom, then through a hall to the bathroom with large walk in shower. Local shops are a minutes walk with takeaways, Spa and breakfast café. Torquay seafront via Torre Abbey gardens is a level 12-15 minute walk. Close at hand is the harbour, theatre, restaurants, Cockington, Babbacombe, Agatha Christie’s house, Dartmouth, Dartmoor and more!

Recently refurbished to a high standard. Serendipity is a fantastic social house for family and friends. The downstairs space is Open Plan living. The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches
