60 m2 apartment located 15 minutes walk from the train station and the center on the second and last floor of a building in the St Martin district. It consists of two bedrooms with double bed 160 and 140, a separate bathroom and toilet as well as a living room with balcony and fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation has a tv in the living room with all channels as well as internet. Air conditioning in the living room and one that serves the two bedrooms. Fans and mosquito nets are provided in the bedrooms.
