Holiday cottage in the countryside, L'île de Bambecque

The cottage is located on an active farm, built in 1769. The farm is getting a new ecological and social purpose: food forest, permaculture and small-scale eco-lodging and camping, with which we like to focus on connection. Bambecque is a small authentic northern French village in peace and quiet and greenery. The decor of the cottage has been carefully designed in the Old Flemish style but with modern comfort. You will completely relax on this site full of "pure nature."

Cottage and meadow

It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing: everyone will find it's own. Near Belgium: Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. The house is in the heart of nature: in the middle of a meadow, close to tall trees and a water point. A peaceful, relaxing place. An ideal base for hikes or to more touristic sites. Breakfast on request: 13 euros/person: to be booked before arrival

Chalet "Libellule"

Come and relax in "Libellule", a Norwegian chalet in the heart of Flanders. Composed of 2 bedrooms and a kitchen open to the living room. Enjoy the view of the pond (you cannot access the pond, which is private). For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed. Located 4 km from Belgium, 30 km from Dunkirk and Malo-les-Bains beach and 55 km from Lille, you can easily access many cultural sites (The neighboring chalet "Roseau" can also be rented)
