You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, rackets, petanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12m x 6m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. On the ground floor is a spa/ gym area (with video projector), a bathroom (shower, sink and wc) and a small terrace. Upstairs, a fully equipped kitchen area and sleeping area. Towels provided. Tassimo tea, coffee and chocolate pods (2 of each) as well. The studio is attached to the owners' dwelling but independent. Opportunity to enjoy the grounds located in the back of the owners home.

Located in St Pierre du Mont in a residential area close to all shops, 10 min from the train station and downtown Mont de Marsan. For your comfort, you have parking, private terrace and dining area, equipped with microwave, kettle, coffee maker (Senseo), and fridge. Linens are provided. WiFi and TV connection.

This independent studio is part of our main residence, and we are delighted to make it available to you. Guests can enjoy the quiet of the studio's private terrace, pool, and barbecue. The accommodation is 2 kilometers from the city center of Mont de Marsan and 5 minutes from the main roads for your excursions (Beach 1 hour 10 minutes/Spain 1 hour 30 minutes). Secure parking on site. Baby bed.
