Downtown Orleans and La Source district (Universities, BRGM, CNRS...) accessible in 10 minutes by car or bike (bike path in the immediate vicinity). The Zenith and Co'Met are within walking distance. Many shops nearby (bakery, pharmacy, butcher, wine shop, bar-tobacconist, post office, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping area, etc.). Bus 5/10 minutes away, tram 15 minutes' walk.

The Loire runs along the canal: located in between, the dike takes you to the centre of Orléans, 6 km away. Fbleux, a popular promenade, has retained the charm of the old mariners' village. Charm, calm and exotic characterize this place.
