This house that is restored with love and care, combines the charm of the old (exposed stone, old cheekbones, beams...) and modern comfort. Apart from the antique furniture, everything is new, from bedding to household amenities to the wood stove... 2 hours from Paris, ideally located in the heart of the Perche Regional Park, it is located in the village of Pin-La-Garenne, halfway between the small cities of character in Bellême (7 km) and Mortagne-au-Perche (9 km).
