Michael was very accommodating and an excellent communicator, even while caring for his wife who had fallen ill and was hospitalized briefly. The garage apartment is centrally located on a pretty residential street and was clean, well stocked and cozy. We appreciated the coffee he left us and found the beds super comfortable for a good night's sleep. Recommended for a weekend to a week in Corpus Christi!

We had a fantastic stay! We appreciated the excellent communication from Mike. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect for getting around Corpus Christi quickly and easily. I would highly recommend this Cole street apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing environment in a central location.

The apartment was very nice and clean. The neighborhood is nice and quiet (although the drive off the highway to the apartment was through a kind of sketchy area). Michael had everything ready for us, including bottled water and cold beer. The refrigerator was little old and had some old things left in there from previous people. We unfortunately had to leave the second night because the air conditioning wasn't working and it wasn't cooling down enough for us to sleep there. Michael came and fixed it quickly, but it was already late and too hot.

This apartment is a wonderful find! Would recommend to anyone! Close to most parts of town and very quiet. Lots of thoughtful amenities and very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall I'd say the experience was pretty good. We had to kill a handful of bugs, I don't know how preventable the bug issue is, given the area. Toiletries were stocked, which was nice. My only real complaint would be the lack of window treatments in the bedrooms, I have a two year old and she was awoken pretty early due to the sunlight shinning in. The owner is really nice, and very prompt to responding to questions, nice area, great park near by for kids, wouldn't mind staying there again.

This place is the best spot for a weekend getaway to the beach. The house is clean and stocked with the essentials of home. Michael was quick to respond to messages and very friendly. I would stay here again for sure.

We loved our stay at Michael's place! It was such a good location--near an HEB, super close to the ocean (we rode bikes down at night and it was great), near a great bakery and diner, and in a cute old neighborhood. Michael communicated with us really well on the front end and had the a/c going and the fridge stocked when we arrived. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean. This apartment was so adorable! Within walking distance to the beach front! Clean adorable, a perfect coastal getaway. The host even went above and beyond and had Starbucks coffee to grind, yogurt in the fridge and water! I would stay again!

Great little place perfect for a couple looking for a getaway on the Gulf Coast. Quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the water. Just a short drive to Padre Island and Port Aransas. Cindy the host gives excellent restaurant recommendations as well. We found a place called the Executive Surf Club in town that had live music, great beer and excellent munchables. Check it out.

Cindy's garage apt was perfect for me. I just stayed one night. The place was very clean and the bed comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and quiet at night. Only several blocks from the beach. I plan to stay there again next time I travel to Corpus Christi. Cindy was the perfect host.

Cindy's place is in a quiet, safe area off of Ocean drive, just a short walk away from the waterfront! I had the pleasure of meeting Cindy and staying in her guest cottage while on a work assignment for a month, and had a wonderful experience. The space is cozy, has comfortable beds and a cute loft upstairs and is decorated in a lovely rustic-beachy theme. Cindy was a great host who was very responsive to my every need... the space is located behind her own house but with plenty of privacy and is located close to downtown nightlife, area hospitals, and a nice walking trail along the water. Rated it 5 stars and would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Corpus Christi for one or many nights.

Dusty's place is good value for what it is. It's not the most salubrious place to stay, but it's smack in the middle of downtown, within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and other amenities, and is relatively inexpensive. The place is just as described, and Dusty made the process of getting in & out very straightforward. One thing to highlight from Dusty's own description of the place: noise can be an issue. We thought that an open window was allowing street noise to drift in, but it's just that the windows are old and single-glazed. Bring earplugs!

The place was clean and easy to find. There are great restaurants to walk to and it's easy to get to the beaches near by. However, we were very disappointed with the amount of noise from the night life we heard. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left a night early because we couldn't sleep due to the noise and brightness of the apt. in the morning. Our dogs were barking the whole night because they could hear every person walk in/out of the building. Also, the Internet didn't work after we asked Dusty to fix. We were very disappointed in this stay and didn't get refunded for the 2nd night.

Great place downtown. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Dusty was great. He made sure we were taken care of then left us alone to enjoy our trip. Loft is in a historic building that has been redone very well. Will definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay! The accommodations were clean, comfortable and spacious. Great location a few blocks from oceanfront.... nice restaurants and pubs with live music in walking distance. I didn't meet the hosts in person but they were nice/helpful and communication was clear. I would definitely recommend this place!

The best thing about this listing was Dusty. He was super responsive and answered questions promptly. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated how friendly the other tenants in the building were. Downsides included the fact that internet didn't work all weekend. The place itself, was extremely bare bones, two towels, no dishes etc. So not the spot if you're looking to do any cooking.

The apartment was very cozy. The location is great, being walking distance to the bay and some local restaurants. We were hit up for some money by someone a block away but the guy was nice enough. The parking and building felt very safe and secure. I mention this because I believe there was some other feedback eluding to the area being a little shady. I'm from Chicago and I didn't feel as though the area was less than desirable. I would have no problem walking around the neighborhood with my children (8,10, and 12). I would for sure stay here again and I recommend it. Dusty was super responsive!

Dusty's place was exactly as described. He was a good host as he was responsive and friendly. I would recommend this place to anybody looking to explore downtown, and experience corpus from a good location on a budget. I would pick his place again for my next trip to Corpus. I highly recommend staying in this super cute, cozy, and stylish home. Not only was the place perfect for our family, we really enjoyed hanging out with Rachel and her husband Garrett! They were so kind and even played with my baby. For the price, you get SO MUCH. Rachel is so creative with all the ways she came up with to make you feel at home; it's the little things that made me smile. God bless this little family!

Can't go wrong with a stay here. Though we mainly booked for a bed to sleep in, the attention to detail with amenities was spectacular. Would stay again if I needed a place in Corpus Christi.

Rachel and her husband were very welcoming and hospitable. She has placed a lot effort into small details and making you feel at home. The decor was warming and relaxing. We didn't have time to make use of the backyard and game room, but it's a perfect place if you plan to stay in for the night. The house was near many restaurants and in close proximity to the beach, driving. I would highly recommend Rachel's place!

This unit provides for awsome views from the balcony. The complex is right on the beach, walking distance to restaurants and USS Lexington. Cozy condo with everything one will need. Perfect for 2 to 4 people. Will definitely stay here again.

The condo was really cozy and beautifully decorated! Great view and could walk directly to the beach. The aquarium, the Lexington, and other attractions were only a couple miles away. If you're looking for a relaxing place to be, this is it!

My family and I absolutely loved our experience staying at Monika's cute little condo. It was the perfect retreat for our family of four. The space was clean and comfortable, and we also loved the beach view. We were able to rest and recoup from our day to day craziness. Endless Summer is fantastic. This is our second time staying at Monika's place on the beach, and it was even better than our great first experience. Our family of three fits more than comfortably in the condo, and it is right on the beach. You look out the window in the morning to a lovely sunrise over the water. The beach again was not at all packed, compared to the more public area of North Beach which is fun to walk through. We took a stroll down the boardwalk, explored the free fishing pier, the U.S.S. Lexington, shops, and relaxed on the sand. There is a small kitchenette with all the basic needs met, and is so handy to fix simple meals to save on money. Thanks, Monika. I am dreaming again of when we can stay at Endless Summer to relax by the waves.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Monika's condo on North Beach and are wishing we could have made it longer. The condo is fresh, clean, comfortable, well equipped, and perfectly situated with a nice view out across the bay. We would be happy to stay here again.

Monika was great. She went way out of her way to accommodate us. Weeks before we arrived she sent lots of information about the location and arrival details. The condo is adorable and has a great view of the water. Kitchen is great, so you can cook at home, but there's also a lot of restaurants nearby that are within walking distance. Its a short trip to and from the airport, and about a 5-10 minute drive downtown.

Great place for our young family. Really enjoyed the view from the deck and having the beach to ourselves.

Great place right next to the bay. We all enjoyed the walk along the water especially when there were less people around. The patio area with the hammock and chairs to hang out is a fantastic way to spend the afternoon too!

This place is amazing!! We had a really good stay here, nice and quiet at nights with restaurants a nice short walk. The house was spotless with tons of extras. Corina is awesome in my sons words lol We arrived a little early and she had no problem with us checking in. There is a fishing pier also a short walking distance from the house so that was a plus. If I had to rate this place from 1-10 I would definitely give it a 12 !! Thank you so much Corina.

Our family came in for only two nights, but we would have loved to stay for a few more nights. It was a great location, beach access, clean updated house. Corina was wonderful with communication and we had everything we needed.

The house is in a quiet convienent location with very good assessibility to the beach. It was a perfect layout for indoor/outdoor relaxing options with a big deck, hammock and lots of indoor seating. We like being able to cook and have snacks around and with a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans and dishes we cooked a lot. I did have trouble getting the wifi at first and texted Corina. Within 10-15 minutes she had the whole thing sorted out with the wireless provider and we were good to go. I will say two small negatives for us were the big trash can was almost full when we arrived so all the trash we had to add to it made the lid stay open and it is placed right in the path to the door in the sun so it was stinky! No smell in the house or anything but kind of a bummer to constantly walk by it on the way to the door. The other thing is there are several let's say super low budget motel/rent a room places on the roads into the house that have some rough looking tenants. No one bothered us or our things at all though and we felt really safe to go down to the beach any time of day. Overall, we were super happy with everything and we would definitely rent this home again if we visit Corpus Christi in the future. The home is beautiful, clean, well maintained and has everything you would need for a weekend at the beach! Thanks!

This place is a must stay! Josh is sincerely kind and welcoming. He is instantly someone you feel a connection with and he goes out of his way to make you feel at home. He has such an open mind, relaxed spirit, and is a passionate and intelligent conversationalist. Free spirit! I know if I go back to CC I will 100% stay with Josh again! The place itself was clean and comfortable. Wifi, keys, and recommendations all instantly at your finger tips. With a private bathroom and large room, you feel safe and secure! I would honestly say it was the best AirBnB I've stayed in to date! He is so close to everything we needed and the beach! He included us in on his evening plans and kindly showed us a local gem! We met some of his friends and had a blast. His chickens are cute and clean. His place is charming. Glad we stayed here, we most definitely made a friend in Josh! :)
