Idyllic cottage in stunning Frankfort farm estate

A beautiful country getaway, our guest cottage is meticulously clean and comfortably furnished. A living room, bedroom with queen bed and bathroom, all set in a quiet and private cottage on our 30 acre property. Relax on the deck and gaze out at the pastures where our horses graze. We have ponds, creeks and woods to enjoy. We are 5 mins from Lake Michigan, 30 mins to Sleeping Bear Dunes, 10 mins to Frankfort and Crystal Lake. Beautiful views wherever you look. It's a perfect place to unwind.

It really is a glamp-site right in the middle of one of the most beautiful areas in Northwest Michigan (Benzonia, Beulah, Frankfort, Bear Lake, Arcadia are all close by). You have access to all this area offers; lakes and rivers for swimming, boating, canoeing and kayaking, hiking, biking, wineries, breweries, restaurants and the most mesmerizing sunsets all within a short distance from our cabin.

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

Lake Michigan is a short drive away, public access to Upper Herring Lake across the street. Crystal Mountain (downhill, cross country skiing, golf, spa) fifteen minutes by car. Backyard fire pit for guests to use. Note: steep driveway in the winter you will need a four wheel drive vehicle.

Refurbished vintage trailer placed in a quiet, tiny campground along Betsie River in the village of Elberta. Located next to other long-term trailers. There are hot showers and clean, working restrooms right across from the trailer. Proximal to downtown Frankfort, bike and hiking trails, Lake MI, and lots of restaurants. Lovely for laid back and peaceful NoMI experience.. We have bicycles available during your stay. May consider allowing small pets if inquired. Send any questions!
