This newly remodeled townhouse unit offers a living room, dining room and cottage style kitchen. There are three bedrooms upstairs : a king, queen and twin with a trundle bed. There is a shared deck and large yard. It's very clean and comfortable. Linens, blankets, pillows, towels are provided. Kitchen is fully stocked. We have one window air conditioning unit downstairs and one upstairs and window fans. There is one parking spot to the left of the unit and extra parking on the street.

This is a spacious, beautiful home with all the amenities that is located off of US 31 right in-between Petoskey and Charlevoix. We are one mile south of the bay with access across US 31. We are 8 miles from Petoskey State Park which has a huge, beautiful beach. This home has a large deck perfect for gathering/barbequing. This home is in the quiet community of Bay Shore Estates which is a manufactured home community. Dogs are welcome but see below for breed restrictions ($25 flat fee).

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.
