Owners live on lower level if anything is needed but you will have all the privacy you want. Shared deck is available for use. 4 blocks from a park. 3 blocks to Elizabethtown College's beautiful campus. 5-6 blocks to downtown Elizabethtown where there are cute shops, restaurants, cafes and the public library. TRAINS!!!!Across the street is a freight train line service. The trains are random at all hours. They are briefly loud. Otherwise this a lovely space situated along the Susquehanna.
