It was my first time using airbnb and I was impressed by the cleanliness and the service I was offered. The good thing was that I used public transportation from O'Hare ORD airport at 9pm to the destination then in the morning from the place to downtown. The 223 bus to blue line train in rosemont station was the easiest way to get to downtown. It's a bit in the suburb but I didn't mind it. The complex is very quite and I really liked it. The room is small and good for one person as well as the bed. I will go back.

Christian was so nice and helpful. We were staying one night and didn't have a car, so he recommended where we could go just walking. The room and bathroom were clean and nice.

We didn't get to meet Raul but we talked to him, and he made our arrival very easy. The house was perfect for 7 adults. We each had a place/room to sleep. There were plenty of sheets, towels, blankets. Kitchen was well equipped (though we didn't actually eat there much). Restaurants and coffee were easily within walking distance. Nice quiet neighborhood. Raul was very responsive when we had difficulty getting the furnace to go on; he got it fixed quickly. Great location, close to O'Hare and other places we had to go.

Needs updated. Two of the beds were not comfortable. It was like staying in a relatives house and having to use their soaps and other amenities. Owners personal items were all over the house. Decor outdated. Location was good in a nice neighborhood. You get what Raul advertises, no more no less. Very good communication.

Like staying at a family members home. Nice home that allowed us to prestage for family wedding. Much more spacious than anticipated. Good location for our needs.

RAUL We rented the entire home from Raul. Raul was very helpful coordinating the key pickup, and even left us some food (we were arriving very late). NEIGHBORHOOD The house was in a safe neighborhood, close to the airport. There is not much activity or options for food in Des Plaines. HOUSE The furniture and beds do merit the $500/pm pricing, but the house was clean and there are ample sheets and space for everyone.

Raul was fantastic. Communication was great and was able to accommodate our early arrival. The house is big and in a safe neighborhood. Plenty to do just 10 minutes away in Rosemont.

The house had plenty of space and bedrooms were good-sized, but some beds were not comfortable. There was no couch in the family room, so there wasn't enough seating in that room. This was my first airbnb experience and ti was a great one. I was working late and then had a dinner meeting. Jun and his wife were very accommodating. I didn't show up until almost 10 at night. Jun was very communicative throughout the booking process. They were very accommodating. Showed me right away to the room. IT was a very large comfortable room. Showed me the kitchen and offered me two bottles. In the morning, I was leaving early. I was offered coffee in a to-go cup, there was fresh fruit and a variety of protein bars, granola bars and oatmeal available in the kitchen. The room was very clean it had it's own large bathroom with a great shower. There was a travel dop kit including a razor, shaving cream, toothpaste, etc. Very nice touch. The towels were really soft.

This house, neighborhood and location was good for what I was in town for (business) but I really had an issue with the cleanliness. It seemed as though the whole house hadn't been cleaned or cleared of clutter for several months. The floors, counters, whole kitchen space and downstairs bathroom were pretty off- which made me doubt whether or not our private room had actually been thoroughly sanitized, clean sheets etc. I think this could be a great space if it was taken care of and if some love/time was invested into maintaining it! Really nice neighborhood and communication/access was great.

Jun and his wife were very good hosts, friendly and anxious to make us comfortable. The house and the neighborhood is incredibly cute. Flexibility for check in and check out for us made it that much more relaxed. The room is very comfortable and is en suite, even better.

The dog was a sweetheart! Jun was very understanding that we might be coming home early, so he reassured us that it would not be a bother! :)

Jun was great and made sure every thing was smooth. The house was very beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood. when I arrived I was greeted and Jun helped me with my luggage. The room was very clean, neat and welcoming. The bed was GREAT! There were snacks, water, fruits, toothpaste and other essentials available. I can't wait to visit again and stay with them. I recommend this place and it is near airport.

The location of the apartment and room was really good. The host were really helpful by sending relevant information about the apartment, places to visit in Chicago and details on using the smart lock to get in the apartment. The hosts were friendly and fun to talk to. It's a beautiful place, I will definitely recommend it. :)

I did not interact with Francisco much, as I was busy visiting Chicago, but I had a good experience staying at his place. The townhome is located conveniently near the Woodfield shopping mall and not too far from the highway. I felt comfortable in the room, it was warm and quiet. Wifi worked well. It would be nice to have tv in the room to distract yourself in the evening.

Nice and quite neighborhood. I like that Francisco made room for an extra car. I will highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chicago.

Francisco was a wonderful and kind host. Great communication from the start and he was helpful during our stay. His home was at a perfect location - only 15-20mins from O'Hare and 8mins from the Metra station. I recommend staying with Francisco if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that is conveniently close to the city.

What a spacious, clean and comfortable space that Emilia have. And guess what no mosquitos or bugs of any kind. That day I when to six flags n got to the unit around 11:30 pm, I forgot the guys name that meet me outside n show me around the unit, even gave me suggestions on where to eat that late!!! Bed super comfy to sleep n couch super easy to turn into a bed. Shower was super clear n towels were super bluffy!! Definitely recommend this place bc its super comfortable n clean and very close to the O'Hare airport!!! Thank you for sharing the clean, and bug free place with my family. Oh forgot cookies, water n snacks for the kids were there waiting on us!!!

Nice place close to airport. Host was great. Little conjested for 5 people. But overall a nice reasonable place to stay around a city like chicago.

I was very lucky to find this spot on short notice and had the pleasure of being the first person to stay here through an Airbnb booking. This is an awesome family with great hospitality. Beautiful home. New attached suite has everything set up and was spotless. Everything very well designed by the family and was in mint condition. This is a great place to stay in a safe area with private parking and entrance.

very roomy and quiet!

This was one of the nicest places for how small it was. Very comfortable for 4 people. I loved that there was a washer and dryer, it came in handy. Wish I could've stayed longer so I would've been able to enjoy all the amenities offered. The only downside about this was maybe that the walls were very thin so it just personally felt awkward thinking they could hear me or possibly be bothered by us making loud noises/listening to music.

Our stay in mike's house was really great, my husband and I enjoyed it very much. The house is clean and homy. It was about 10 min walking from the Metra Station (Cumberland) that takes you downtown (in 35 minutes). The location is calm and among the safest in Chicago. We had a private cosy bedroom and bathroom all for us. The mattress is firm, sheets and towels were neat and clean. We had Netflix running on the room. Mike and his family were very nice to us and courteous about our privacy. He picked us up at the airport when we arrived and provided insider advice about the city. They are nice and welcoming people and their company is just nice. This is definitely one of the best airbnb experiences we have ever had.

Clean, roomy, very safe neighborhood, 5 minutes to O'Hare. Kitchen could be more amply stocked with dishes/cups. Setting a table for 6 was a challenge. I was dissapointed that owner charged me additional $ on the morning of checkout: "rescheduling fee for cleaning service d/t late checkout" I had arranged in advance my checkout time, and was told the cleaning was rescheduled prior to check in, no problem. To get a last-minute charge outside of a prior arrangement made me angry. ('twas only $20, and I paid it, because I didn't want to deal with back and forth texts w owner) Too bad the violation of the agreed arrangement spoiled the stay. I would warn any future guests to get something in writing that the charges are set. Otherwise a nice place, well kept and comfortable.

great house was in town for a fitness convention and the convention center was less than 3 miles away the house was perfect for us. Will stay here again if im in town. Great house.

The place was exactly as described. Spacious and clean. Super convenient to the airport, where we were doing work. Communication was excellent.

Great location, very quiet neighborhood, close to shopping. The house is perfect for an extended stay with all the amenities. We really appreciated having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The back yard is small but cozy with a really nice vegetable garden. 3 of us were there for work and it was nice having 3 bedrooms so that each of us had privacy. Maggie communicated well with getting us in and was a wonderful host. We will definitely be back.

Maggie and her husband are very nice and well organized. This is a great alternative to staying at a hotel if you need to be in the rosemont area. Nice, quiet neighborhood, and a clean, comfortable place 5 minutes away from Donald Stephens center, Allstate arena, etc. I would definitely stay here the next time I'm in the area.
