This thoughtfully designed suite can sleep up to 4 guests and includes all the essentials for a relaxing visit. Enjoy the quiet & beautiful Texas hill country in our 440 square foot unit. Just 4 minutes from Boerne City Center. AC/Heat, Kitchenette. This is a quaint garage compartment but is not located above the garage. Private entry, private access & deck. One Queen bed. Unit comes equipped 2 electric burner stove top, pans, utensils, spices, refrigerator & laundry unit. Also includes coffee maker, microwave/air fryer/bake, toaster, WI-Fi, TV, YouTube TV approx. 70 channels incl. all network channels.

This comfortable, spacious, upstairs studio apartment is a great home base for exploring San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. Downtown San Antonio and the beautiful Hill Country towns of Fredericksburg, Boerne, and Comfort, plus Six Flags Fiesta Texas and Sea World, are a short drive away. The apartment is private with free parking on site. A perfect spot for a family to stay while visiting the sites in all directions, plus it's a comfortable place to return in the evenings to rest and relax.

Modern mini-split heat pump cools, heats. Wood-burning stove. Set on 7-acre ranch w/hill country views,horses. Quirk Alert! Bathroom is accessed outside front door 25 paces to back of cottage. Open shower with rain head and wand. Exposed rock walls, concrete floor. No chemicals used so critter sightings possible.

Hill Country retreat overlooking the city. Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Welcome to the Sunday House! Our tiny home was built by hand using reclaimed materials with your rest & relaxation in mind. This rustic romantic getaway is equipped with many amenities including a queen-sized memory foam mattress, kitchenette, full size bathroom with a shower and a wood burning stove to keep you cozy.
