NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Our apartment is located 3 minutes walk from Traunstein train station, in a quiet location, as well as 5 minutes from the city center, with nice cafes and shops. Shops for daily needs can also be reached in a few minutes. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed and single bed, which can be used as a sofa when not needed; small kitchen with all necessary utensils...if you need anything and it is not there, just let me know
