Nature lovers will find their happiness in the 45 m2 COSMOS house on the edge of the forest. You will enjoy the calm and greenery 14 km north/east of Toulouse. The village is conveniently located between Labège Innopole and Blagnac. Walk in the woods next door. For your cultural outings you are 20 minutes from the Cité de l'Espace and Aeroscopia. Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The house is fully air-conditioned. Outside, a wooden terrace with a table for 6 people, garden furniture and a hot tub. The beds will be made upon arrival. The cleaning can be done by you (free of charge), or entrusted to us for a flat rate of 50 euros.

Ideally located halfway between Toulouse, Albi and Montauban, it welcomes families and groups of friends in a peaceful and green setting. In summer, you can enjoy the private rental of the building and its four spacious suites.
