Nice suburban neighborhood, very quiet, total privacy. Off-street parking for free. Free Wifi, wide bathroom entrance, kitchenette. Cottage is detached from main home on property. No outrageous cleaning fees! We'll handle that-use that money for a nice dinner or two ;)

Many of our guests come for a quiet and relaxing weekend or to work remotely in a cozy spot. We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. The guest room is light and airy with a private entrance off the back deck. The space is quiet and charming with a lovely deck to enjoy. There is parking in the driveway and also street parking. The room is completely private from the rest of the house. The tv in the room has local channels and guests can access with their own accounts (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc).
