- De locatie van het huis is goed, in een rustige straat net buiten de vesting van Hulst. - Mooie grote TV die vanaf de bank goed bekeken kan worden, met gebruiksvriendelijke KPN mediabox. - De keuken indeling is overzichtelijk met een grote koelkast. - Rustige achtertuin waar men goed kan zitten, half schaduw, half zon. - Huisdieren zijn hier toegestaan. Dat vinden we echt een pluspunt omdat je dat bijna helaas nergens meer ziet. - Wij bevelen verhuurder aan om trapleuningen bij de trap naar de eerste etage aan te brengen. - Ook muggenhorren zijn welkom voor in de zomer. - De hygiene in het huis vonden we onvoldoende. De details hebben we op mail naar de verhuurder gezet als input voor verbetering. - We zouden dit huis graag vaker huren indien de verbeterpunten doorgevoerd zijn.

Prima woning voor de prijs zeker. Buurt is heel rustig soms te rustig :) Marina heeft heel erg haar best gedaan om ons welkom te voelen. Er waren twee flessen wijn speciaal voor mijn verjaardag. We konden later inchecken en dat was geen probleem. Ook later uitchecken was geen probleem. De woning heeft precies wat je nodig hebt sfeer is er zeker. Pluspunt is de tuin minpuntjes zijn de honden haartjes ik heb er last van gehad maar dat is persoonlijk. Huis is dichtbij het centrum. Mijn persoonlijke mening heb ik gedeeld met Marina. Iedereen moet het persoonlijk ervaren en een eigen mening vormen.

We were raised to super, everything was there, which one to relax, for hygiene and need to rest. Super nice contact before and the welcome very warm welcome. We highly recommend the accommodation. Whether for a few days or a bit longer, since no request is open. Also, as far as we have seen in the area, everything is there.

It was my second time in Willys apartment. Very cozy, quiet and safe neighbourhood. The apartment itself has a kitchenette with basic things. There's no extra bathroom, but toilet and shower are in another room. Everything great, thanks for the stay!

Willy and her husband are very kind and helpful, we have stayed two days in their apartment, a beautiful place, the area is very quiet, they have a lovely garden. I recommend this place without any hesitation.

Beautiful, spacious and cozy rooms with cooking facilities and garden with friendly couple, rich breakfast. The toilet and shower are a bit cold in the winter than sink one uses the sink in the kitchen corner. We felt very comfortable. I can recommend the hotel.

This was really a great airbnb. The house is new, large, luxuriously decorated and clean. Betsie is also very happy, friendly and helpful as a host. The room is on the 2nd top floor, so you have all privacy. The bathroom is huge, the yakuzi amazing. The bed is good and there is coffee in the room. There is also a beautiful backyard where you can sit in the sun. The house is located on a road (as is more often in Belgium), when you open the windows on a hot day, it's handy to bring earbuds, which I'm happy with always with me :). Would definitely choose this airbnb if I'm ever in the area.

101 EUR for 2 nights in total would be OK, if it wasn't for the last-minute injury when the 10kg badly fitted Toilet Tank with water came down on me & Aart became a bit irritated towards me. Petra was always very friendly & understanding & wrote me later that day via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) that that toilet tank could have really fallen on anyone & understood that it really wasn't my fault at all. When that badly fitted toilet tank fell it even seriously injured my fingers & it hurt... Last year the two days that I stayed were much much better than this time. The first time I could also use the living room to for example watch TV & I could checkout at whatever time I wanted to. This time it wasn't as good, so I don't feel that this B&B deserves to become an Airbnb Superhost yet. I've had much much better Airbnb-experiences at real Airbnb Superhosts for less money ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay. If you stay at Petra and Aart’s place, you will meet very kind and friendly hosts with a great sense of humour. We had to book at the last minute and Petra and Aart accommodated absolutely everything we needed. We arrived later than expected but they waited for us, prepared dinner and chatted with us late into the night even though they had to get up early next morning. They even offered to keep their adorable dogs (also very friendly!) in the garage so that our cats could go out in the garden. The room is nice and the breakfast was good too. Thank you again Petra and Aart, we look forward to seeing you again soon!

After trying many different accommodations in and arround Antwerp, I am now always looking forward to staying with Aart and Petra. Its quiet, close to my work and this time I got a pleasure of taking their two lovely dogs for a walk. See you soon!

Aart and Petra were great hosts. They gave us lots of tips about Ghent and Antwerp the place to travel easily and quickly from Holly. Holly is itself a great fortified city. The room is tastefully decorated and equipped with every convenience. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade bread and fresh eggs from their own chickens. was also practical that could be our electric bikes in the garage to recharge. A great place to stay a few days if you (Zeeuws-) exploring Flanders.

Particularly beautiful cottage near Holly, but however in the middle of nowhere. :-) So super quiet at night with incredible sky. Within the walls display original mosaic work with a lot of personality.

Compact, bright and really practical. Great for a couple, we'll probably try going back again.

We had a great time in the house of Kristin. It is really well situated to be able to Bais visited the Netherlands and Belgium because it is 1 hour from Rotterdam, Bruges 45min, 30min and 45min from Antwerp glove. Even Hulst is very cute to visit. The accommodation is lovely and very clean, more Kristin is very accomodating and pleasant. I totally recommend this address !!

We have five days enjoyed this cozy converted shed. For two people it's perfect. You have privacy, even though the house next to it. On the bar stools you have beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset, the huge field and in the distance the characteristic church of Holly. You're really in the countryside. There is effectively created storage space: the raised bed can be for example, two small suitcases lost and shelves were also present. The house is also decorated very tastefully. The large mosaic on the kitchen wall, made by Kristin itself, is really more beautiful than the picture. Zeeland Flanders offers many surprising: Nature Big Island, a wonderful museum in IJzendijke on the State-Spanish battles in the 16th century, the Western ships and natural banks, and of course the Flemish splendor cities of Bruges and Ghent around the corner. We will definitely come a time back in "State Flanders' and consider again to rent this house.

I had the pleasure of being the first guest in their new holiday house. The house has been built with lots of love and passion for detail. It is located on the owners property next to their own house. It is pretty bright with lots of windows directed to the owners house and with the view on green fields. Even though there are curtains, you should not expect total privacy, when you go there. But the owners are first of all very nice, but also very respectful with regards to your privacy - at least this was my experience. I ordered breakfast for additional 7,50€ and this was perfect! It was served outside, again with lots of love and passion! It included fresh strawberries, different types of bread and rolls, butter, marmelade, egg and more! A coffee maker is in your kitchen - so you can have as much as you want. The house is in a remote location and the area is dominated by farmers. I went there to cycle - which was perfect because I could start directly from the house. I guess the location is also good for day trips by car to the beach or Antwerp.

We had to search due to unclear street signs, but then friendly reception by Kristin in this quiet spot within cycling distance of the center of Hulst. Nice clean house with views over the polder. Sleeping loft is not suitable for people with claustrophobia, but fortunately also a comfortable sofa bed downstairs.

this delightful house is located in the city center ', with views of the basilica. and 'very pretty and very welcoming. 's inside all that is also used for long stays. in the posterior part there is' a small stone garden for outdoor dining in summer. The hosts are very kind and hospitable. highly recommended!

We spent 5 days at the Mahu's place and had an outstanding time. We were welcomed very warmly and were treated like friends. The house is spacious and exactly as described, located in a beautiful countryside. The size of the room is suitable for two persons and the bed was very comfy. Right at the beginning Jean Paul gave us a great overview of must sees in the area, like the historic City Hulst, the Pop-Up Bar etc. There are a lot of interesting spots which are easily to reach by bike. We did not manage to see everything but plan to come back to discover it. The place is also perfectly situated for trips to the beaches of Zeeland. Brussels, Ghent and Bruges are also not far away (appr. 1h drive by car). Definitely worth mentioning are the Ostriches which make this great place even more special and an unforgettable vacation for us! We highly recommend Jean Paul's place.

We had a great weekend at Chimenunda and Steven. charming and welcoming hosts, the jacuzzi is very nice and the covered and the whole house in general terrace. Ideal for one or two couples.

We have a few days here, the jacuzzi was very tasty! Also, we were hospitably welcomed by an acquaintance of chimenunda. The house we found some dark and the neighborhood looks rundown but very quiet. Also near a beautiful natural area where we walked delicious. The house was in our opinion been somewhat cleaner, the water there was mold on the walls in some places.

We had a very good time at Jens' place. The house is amazing and quiet. Jens and his friend (and their two cats of course) are perfect hosts. I fully recommend !

Thoroughly enjoyed the picturesque cottage with beautiful garden of Jens and Jan. The breakfast was well catered for with delicious products from our own garden! This made it extra fun. Jens and Jan are very friendly and helpful, making you the ropes of the area. Moreover, they are very flexible, for instance, had no problems with that we took our daughter of 3 months. The neighborhood is quiet but a wonderful base for Zealand or Australian cities such as Bruges, Ghent and Antwerp. Nice setting, especially if you like peace / nature. The ad is very accurate, it really is in real life even more beautiful than the pictures!

Jan aime faire la cuisine, et surtout leurs propres produits. Nous étions au petit déjeuner le pain maison. Jens a gardé le petit déjeuner excellent. Café, thé et gâteau au chocolat banane maison. Il a été bien suivie. Jens parle aussi facilement et a des choses intéressantes à dire. La chambre était super propre. Nous avons dormi à merveille. La salle de bains est spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner était servi dans la salle à manger. Jan et Jens ont beaucoup d'attention aux détails; il est très agréable d'être à l'intérieur de leur maison. Ce fut une expérience surprenante et positive.

Jens is de perfecte gastheer, hij stond ons op te wachten op het afgesproken uur en gaf ons onmiddellijk een zeer welkom gevoel. Hij gaf een uitgebreide rondleiding in huis en tuin. Gaf ook veel tips over de omgeving en over de keuze van een goed restaurant. Onze kamer was proper en netjes en we hebben er heerlijk geslapen. s'Morgens kregen we een heerlijk, uitgebreid ontbijt aangeboden zodat we met spijt in het hart afscheid namen. Het was een super verblijf en we zouden het iedereen aanbevelen!

Excellent Home jean paul and his family! They fit despite a very late arrival (delay of 3 hours) with tea and a smile. The spirit is free friendly and quiet. It was great experience to stay in Jean's house which is very modern and big size located in beautiful country side. Room is very clean with super comfy beds. Jean Paul and his family are very friendly as well as their ostrich. Kids are absolutely thrilled by the close interaction with five giant birds. My daughter was luck enough to pick one egg from the field. I am sure it will be unforgettable experience for my daughter for a long time.

The house is really comfortable and very well located in the north west of Belgium, if you want to discover Ghent, Brugge and Antwerp it is perfect! Full equiped kitchen, big living room, spacious bathroom and a nice garden. Margot is really friendly and helpful, we had a great weekend!

Margot is a fantastic host! One of the sweetest and kindest person I've met in the whole world. :). She communicates and responds quickly. My family love her and my daughters actually promised to come back there when they are grown ups and able to. I can't say enough about her place. Very beautiful! We felt at home just as we arrived. Nestled around the woods and certainly evokes privacy. Margot's place is very clean and has all the basic amenities you will need including linens and towels. She even has a mini bar with very cheap and reasonable prices. The rooms are adequate in size and would fit a family. The yard is wonderful and huge! It's an hour drive to beautiful town of Bruges and Gent. But, you can also explore the forested area around and hike for a day, if the weather permits. We will definitely come back here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. It's on the top of my AirBnB list right now!

We've talked quite to our liking in the home of Margot. Margot is a very welcoming hostess who is ready for her guests and is open to suggestions from the guests. She was present on arrival to welcome us and give us tips. It's a neat tidy clean home with everything you need in a quiet place. You can meet the guests of the other house, but nobody else. Margot is easily reached by telephone and, if necessary, she lives 200m away. Look carefully at the pictures that provide a reliable picture. We have our honeymoon with our son of 1 year with great pleasure in spent. The weather was beautiful and enjoyed the garden and the nearby seaside resorts. The cottage also seems very much in colder times at the stove and day cycling through the beautiful countryside. Anouk was easily accessible and very welcoming. It is highly recommended!

We were around Christmas Anouk makes them busier than normal. Because of this we have only met each other on departure but we have felt less welcome us (there was contact via email). The house meets all expectations.

We had a few wonderful days at the cottage. It is just as cozy as on the photos. Especially, our dog enjoyed the garden and walks along the seawall.
