The house has a super equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small dining room, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a balcony with coffee table for dining or outdoor lunch with a breathtaking sea view + barbecue at your fingertips. The dining room and one bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli Beach are about 5 minutes away.

Il monolocale completamente ristrutturato si trova nel centro di Iglesias, vicino al centro storico e a 10 minuti in macchina dal mare. Composto da open space con letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia e zona living con tavolo, sedie. Dotato di balcone. Tra le dotazioni: frigo bar, lavandino, microonde, piano a induzione (adatto per piccole preparazioni), bollitore, TV, phon, aria condizionata e WiFi. Biancheria da letto e da bagno inclusa per la prima fornitura.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
