Fantastic large house with beautiful roof terraces

The house has all comforts and is located in Cuglieri, an ancient mountain town just 15 minutes from the sea on the West coast of the island. The geographical position is favorable for many trips to the island. The landscapes are uncontaminated. At a short distance, there are rocky beaches and kilometers of white sandy beaches (Sinis area). The house has two roof terraces with breathtaking views. Care and cleanliness in the house! Wifi. A garage is available for motorbikes only (maximum 3).

Casa Melograno (IUN Q0061)

Casa Melograno is a house on three floors with a lovely small garden at the back. There is a spacious kitchen on the ground floor and on the first floor are the living-room (that could as well be used as a bedroom) and bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible via a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated and has many cosy spaces. It is not suitable for young children under 6 years old as the stars have no banister and there is a ladder to the top floor bedroom.
