Le Grand Roc Apartment

Apartment fully renovated in 2023 in an old Savoyard building located at the end of a cul-de-sac. You will stay on the ground floor in a quiet and peaceful environment. The accommodation offers a southwest-facing terrace. The apartment is located 6 km above Albertville, about 45 minutes from the first ski resorts, 6 km from the Tamié pass and 45 minutes from Lake Annecy. A bakery, butcher shop and small grocery store are within walking distance of the accommodation, 300 meters away.

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). This 30 m2 cottage, with tasteful decor, will welcome you in the commune of CHATELARD. It is fully equipped like at home with amenities included such as towels and sheets provided. Located in the Bauges Regional Natural Park, classified by UNESCO. Immerse yourself in a natural and relaxing setting and come and practice all kinds of activities (skiing, snowshoeing, hiking...) (resorts nearby) and enjoy idyllic landscapes (Lake ANNECY, Lake du Bourget...).

Small quiet independent studio on the ground floor (near Albertville). Folding bed + sofa. Please note, the sofa is integrated into the folding bed, so it is not a 2nd bed!!! Parking, bike and ski storage. Possibility of linen/towel rental for €10/rental. Housekeeping of your choice: you do it (products, equipment available) or €10 if done by the host. 200 meters from Lake Annecy, ideal location to enjoy water activities or nearby beaches. 100 meters from the bike path, leave your car for a more natural mode of transport and visit the lakefront by bike, Annecy is only 16 km away (bikes lent for free). Close to the apartment are many hiking trails with more or less elevation gain. The apartment is located in a small condominium of three apartments, one of which we occupy.
