Our Cottage does not share any space with others. It is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains and town. Only 3 miles to Old Town and 1 mile to the foothills. The location is quiet and peaceful with a country feel yet close to the many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Full size washer and dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage.

There is always something happening around here. Come in the spring and you might get to witness a calf being born. Come in the summer and you’ll surely find the property owners training and riding horses. The owners have a passion for Mustangs. As you enter the gate on the flagstone walkway, the 2nd door has a keypad entry with stairs descending into the recently finished garden level space . Generous windows add natural light in the kitchenette . The larger bedroom has a queen sized bed, sitting area, TV, and light egress window. The smaller bedroom has a clever full sized bed, chair, table, south facing window. The bathroom can be entered from either bedroom. We clean and disinfect the surfaces and ammenities prior to each stay.
