Nestled in a small quiet street, in the heart of the village of Thou, is one of the oldest houses in the village, surrounded by a beautiful lush garden. Your studio is independent of the family home and your access through the garden is private. You're in a quiet area and surrounded by greenery. Garden furniture allows you to rest, have a drink and eat out of sight. But this small country corner is also a 3-minute walk to the bakery and convenience store.

The Casa "Aix Keys" is a pretty contemporary house of 55 m² (see our site for more info), facing south, in a very quiet environment with a landscaped garden. It is ideal for a couple's vacation to enjoy the jacuzzi area or discover the richness of our region. We are 5 minutes from the beaches that offer stunning views of Fort Boyard and the 3 Islands (Aix, Oléron and Madame). Kick back and relax in this "cocooning and wellness" space for adults only.

Seaside getaway: quiet, air-conditioned house

Just a short walk from the sea, our spacious 130-m² house, classified as a “3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation,” is located in Lauzières (an oyster-farming village near La Rochelle and close to the Île de Ré bridge). The property features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²), and a large, air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.

Close to the center of La Rochelle, the Rompsay neighborhood stretches along the canal. 5 min drive from the historic center, this accommodation offers a pleasant and green living environment. Ideal location for easy access to local services and shops. You will enjoy a setting conducive to relaxation by taking the alleys and bike paths on the banks of the canal. The market and port are within a 10-minute drive or 15-minute bike ride.

"La Longère 1859" has been passionately renovated by us, with every detail carefully chosen to restore its charm while respecting its origins. It was formerly the property of a wine merchant. We're located in the countryside, in a peaceful environment, and the shaded park is perfect for relaxation. The swimming pool is available for swimming, as is the spa (see conditions below). A shaded pétanque court is also at your disposal.

Independent stone cottage in Villedoux

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.
